    Excelente ubicación, bonito apartamento con buenos servicios

    En una ubicación perfecta, apartamento moderno y limpio. Buena atención del personal.Buena relación calidad precio. Repetiría.(como pequeña pega, el wifi no iba bien en algunas partes del apartamento). Excellent location, modern and clean apartment. Helpful staff. I would repeat.Good quality-price balance.(just to say that internet was low quality in some parts of the apartment).

    Great location.

    They are decent sized, older style apartments full of character and charm. If you like a bit of history the this is great place to stay. the MacArthur museum on the 8th floor is well worth a visit. Located on the queens street mall. A full sized Supermarket is in the basement. Short walk to the ricer and botanic gardens!

    Beautiful facade and great location hides sub-standard experience

    Traveling for business I was expecting this to live up to both its online ratings and promotional material. It is a building with so much potential, which is likely why the Apple Store is at ground level. Reception is cluttered and smelly. There are passive-aggressive signs everywhere about what you can and cannot do, which carries over into the apartments. The rooms are not serviced daily, or even weekly, and everything you might expect incurs a surcharge (except for the sub-standard Wi-fi - but at least they have it). The room itself was functionally fine, but appears to have been designed by committee representing different decades. The lack of regular cleaning and servicing gives everything this "is it really clean?" feel. And there was an odd smell in the bathroom that came and went. Weird. This could be an amazing hotel. It has fantastic bones but needs some love. However there are much better options at that price available.

    Central

    This apartment is huge and offers accommodation for a family or friends. Great central location to Brisbane city. We stay here often as it is also near a bottle shop and woolworths, all the essentials.

    Aircon and ceiling fan didn't work in the bedroom.

    The apartment has a sliding partiton for the single bedroom; essentially we booked with thought of using this to allow our child to sleep peacefully when needed during the day/night. This would of been great - but the ducted airconditioning didn't work in the bedroom. The ceiling fan didn't work either. So once you slid the partition over, there was no air flow into the room. It felt uncomfortable, stifling and like you were chocking in stale air - we had to get a small pedal fan to actually get some air flow. We weren't informed of any of this prior to booking or check in. Had we had known, we would of cancelled and gone elsewhere (who wants an apartment in the middle of summer, with no fan or aircon?). This was a genuine disappointment. We paid $836.00 for 4 nights, that's a reasonable amount of money to pay for anyone looking to stay in the Brisbane CBD area. Sure the apartments are in a great spot, but the simple fact that the aircon didn't work made it exceptionally uncomfortable and impracticable for our needs. Further to this, we were only provided with two towels. I realise this may come across as petty and lame, but for what you paid and received/ expected, it was more or less another disappointment. This isn't a question of money for value, it's a genuine comparison between what you may receive for the asking price. We stayed at the Oaks Towers - Charlotte st for less and received daily room service, change of towels, etc. I paid $836.00, got no room service, two towels, 2 toliet rolls of toliet paper, I had to vacuum the room myself and still got stung with a $60.00 couch cleaning fee: that's $899.00 all up for 4 nights - not far off $1000 for what? Honestly, go else where!
