  Poor standard

  Stayed at this hotel for one night since we came to ban phe too late so the ferries had stopped running. It was ok for just one night but otherwise poor standard and quite confusing since when we arrived it all looked to be closed but we finally found someone who worked there. Broken lamps in the room and a leaking toilet.

  Excellent for overnight stay

  We booked room only for overnight stay to catch ferry early following morning to koh samet. We stayed in room 9 and even though had no window was perfectly clean and adequate for the price we paid and close to pier

  Poorly Managed

  1. Booked using booking.com, then called to say we'd arrive in evening (8PM). 2. After arriving at 8 PM, the maid had to help us find a room, because the office was closed on a Friday evening although we had called ahead. 3. An hour later, owner and two other people came and start screaming at us to pay for the room in cash (9 PM), ignored booking.com receipt. 4. We left early in the morning around 7AM, no one avaliable to check us out, another phone call 10 hours later telling us we need to check out. (After we'd already left that morning). 5. Avoid this place, rude people, badly managed, and didn't feel welcome at all. Also to the young woman who came out and yelled at us, I hope your business is harmed by this review.

  Resort with no staff.

  by hot deal from booking.com for only 600 from 700 Baht. I booked it on 5 p.m. while stop driving on motor-way parking to Rayong. No call back and nobody pickup my phone for confirmed. (Normally I stayed at Diamond Phe hotel 500 Baht for next morning boat to Samed) Reach 19.30 hrs. direct to resort for room confirmation thus nobody received the phone. Resort guard open the room and received the money - he is not thai and speak poor both Thai and English. -Parking **** - safe and good for one who want to protect your car. this is the most important thing I choose the place to stay. Room ** - no window, thin door with space for mosquitoes. Décor is not same as show in OTA. -air-con ****- work good, no smell, no noise. -Wi-Fi didn't know work or not (and the answer from Guard/Staff next morning that I didn't asked him for Wi-Fi password ) -Water heater * no warm water coz the machine did't work, -TV with only bluescreen - using of Cable systems but it didn't work. Guard(or resort manager ?) told that I have to wait until the Mechanic wake-up. Morning I drive out and in the resort 2-3 times, still quiet and calmed there was about 20 staff at the Restaurant, ground, but still no staff for Resort. Last for check out I called one and found that very difficult to communicate with them coz they speak neither Thai/English. Wow 600 Baht is too expensive for just only plain sleep box. In ban phe, easy to find another for price from 360-500 Baht.

  HAD DISABLED PERSON SLEEP ON FLOOR!!!

  Very poor service! Had to ask a neighbour in the other room to borrow his matress to habe my disqbled brother not sleep on the floor!!!!! We had booked a room for three people but only had two beds and the staff was VERY rude and not helpful at all and even started getting agressive with us as we insisted not to have my brother sleep on the floor. They even had us pay to have 3 people in the room (although there were only two single beds). They should be ashamed of themselves but weren't at all! Very disappointing and shocking experience. On top of that the bathrooms were broken, shower and bed sheets very dirty, TV and wifi not working...
