  Buen hotel!!

  360 urban resort: Buen hotel de ciudad , el desayuno lo peor!! Buena habitación , limpio, buena cama. Buen servicio de transporte al centro ciudad(gratuito) Y al y desde el aeropuerto por 10rm = 2,5 por persona y viaje Con wifi en todo el hotel Repetiría,el único inconveniente es que esta a 20' del centro o waterfront

  Bad experience

  when i come 1st to the check in counter, and one guy come later. i talk to the the girls at the counter, tat i wan to check in the room, but the counter girl didn't served me 1st, she served the guy...! why bcos i m not handsome guy? or not look like rich. So disappointed.

  Horrible experience

  Hotel was incredibly run down as compared to my stay two years ago. Water pump broke during our stay and the management did nothing to compensate us for the following days in which we had to either not shower or shower in brown water. Disappointing experience overall.

  Quarentin after visiting husband in singapore

  Dear Sir/MDM I MOHAMED SAMZUMI bin Mohamed yased From Singapore..would like to thank you on behalf of taking good care of my wife mazeni binti masli while she was being held under quarentin at Hock lee HOTEL since 20/9/2020 Sunday till 04/10/2020 monday. My purpose of writing this to you is that I was amazed after hearing how was my wife been doing there on the phone today. and was told that on each and every staff that was handling the pendemic did really well and with all the S.O.P tightening and secured the situation everyone was professional side of view. It's was my relieve to hear that And thank you on providing such a comfortable for her stay with no stress while being on the quarentin.it is such great honoured.   After visiting husband from singapore

I do love to travels to sarawak before and did stayed over at your M hotel everytime I came to visit my familly there M hotel is where I will landed with a beutifull memories.i had ask my wife whether is the same M HOTEL and she replies me with yes she is staying at the same HOTEL with a different brand of Name which is now is Hocklee hotel's that's was my relieve to hear that cos it's my favourites spot when everytimes I was in sarawak.And thank you on providing the wonderfull meals as requested due to my wife appetite changed you had done a perfect and comfortable for her stay with no stress while being on the quarentin.it is such great honoured.
