  Great family run business.

  Stayed for seven days & enjoyed every moment of our stay here. Jo, Mum & Dad were just great, very friendly, very good breakfast, nothing to much trouble & rooms were spotless. Individual bottle of wine each day, fridge & fresh water plus complementary biscuits & even a cake on the first day. Weather was not good during our stay so nice to have somewhere to come back to & relax. Great shame that they will be closing soon as a Guest House but wonderful to know that it will re-open as Willows Lull. Scarborough you are so lucky to have this Charity which I quote from there web site as follows. " Willows Lull aim to relieve the needs of children and young people living within the Yorkshire coast, east coast and Ryedale area who are disabled, have special needs or life-limiting conditions and their parents/carers, by the provision of respite, recreational and leisure time activities in order to address their needs."

  Lovely Stay

  First stayed here during July and then again in August. Spotlessly clean rooms and added little touches in the superior rooms mean a very comfortable stay. Lovely staff/family make it even more comfortable. Happy to recommend.

  Excellent as a B&B, but not a hotel.

  We stayed in this B&B in July, it calls itself a hotel like everybody else in the area. I found it very humorous when they promoted themselves to hotels. Anyway, the room was clean and comfortable. We paid for the more expensive room, but still have to pay more for breakfast. I didn't see any facilities in the house, no lifts and the small reception was not manned at all. It is perfectly fine for a B&B though, but not a hotel. The breakfast and service was very good, a good start of the day. It is a very good B&B if you don't mind to pay more.

  Poor customer service

  Basic and clean rooms. Breakfast times on both morning was a little chaotic as there's only a window of 45 mins for breakfast. On both mornings they forgot to bring cereals out before the cooked breakfast, this also happened to other guests who had chosen to have breakfast there.

  Lovely

  Stayed here last minute . Glad we did lovely band b very freindly staff made to feel very welcome Rooms spacious and clean nice quiet location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and other ammenities Couldn't fault anything
