  Good for the value

  I believe this hotel is actually called LVGM, at least on the other booking websites. I got an free upgrade as a first time guest to a Jin Jiang property, which is one of the top local brands in China. Overall, the sleep quality was good. Service comparable to the international brands nearby in Shenzhen. Given the price, I would stay there again. The only caveat is with the spa, which is not operated by the hotel apparently. There was a bit of false advertising, and my friend ended up paying more in hidden fees of untold "tips". The tiny gym does not befit the grandness the hotel tries to present itself.

  This is a relatively new hotel, mostly frequented by Chinese, not Westerners

  My company booked me into this shiny new high rise hotel at a discounted rate of about $100 US. Nice big king size be with desk and mini-bar. They keep the room very clean and it is not noisy. There is an executive lounge on the 22nd floor and a full array of dining rooms and spa. English speaking staff are the exception rather than the norm but they will do their best to help. The hotel is part of the Jin Jiang Group of hotels.

  Bad experience at LVGEM the new name of LVjing

  We were checked into a smoking room when we asked they said they were full. They offered to change room next day. Which they did n gave us a most horrible room. They gave us a room that had a mouldy aircon vent n stains on the chair n bathroom grouting was so filthy. I dare not even go bare feet in the shower. At breakfast. This supposedly 5 star hotel does not hv cuppacino although there is a machine for it. When asked. They said sorry only for nite time use. This is NOT a 5 star hotel like they claim. Also not for foreigners, maybe good for locals, n for this price range it is overpriced. I just read a review by Rene that there was a mouse in her room. Omg I hope I dont see one .. it wld freak me out totally.

  Comfortable Place to Stay

  A wonderful hotel with easy accessibility to neighboring areas. Besides Aeon Mall near KFC and a number of restaurants and eat places. Easy to move around the area. Good Breakfast but would do with a little more vegetarian cuisines and western food. Clean Rooms, wonderful staff and good service.

  Great Hotel! Very Clean, great location, and great staff

  I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. Three days were for business, and the remaining dates were for sightseeing. The hotel is great. Very clean and the restaurants have good food. There is also an executive lounge on the 22nd floor, a Bar and a Tea Station on the first floor. I tried the Tea Ceremony one evening and it was a lovely and charming experience. The staff was always very helpful and proactive. I should especially commend Megan Zhong, of the hotel staff, for going the extra mile. She was always pleasant, professional, and with a great attitude. I highly recommend this hotel.
