  Family suite

  Stayed 3 days 2 night, check in on the highest rate family suite. Microwave is broken, called for technician but they never showed up. Room phone also broken, there is no dial tone. Called up for technician also cant solve the problem.

  Worth the price

  Overall my staying experience was good, the hotel is clean and the room spacious, the staffs are very nice and helpful, and the location is fantastic on the city center. However, the restaurant feels a bit characterless. They could do more with decorations.

  The comfy and tasted hotel

  I love this hotel and my family also esspecially for the breakfast, but my child said the pool was small. I celebrated my B'day and the hotel gave me a piece of cake B'day free and I love it.. thank you Luxton.. Next time I'll be back

  Value for Price

  Stay here 1 night for staycation in the new normal era at executive suite room and we are very satisfied. They concerned about the health protocol, check in process is very smooth with helpfull staff. The room was spacious and we asked for extra bed, really satisfied with the bed because it was larger size of bed comparing to another hotel. They didn't have a lot of variety of menu but the menu is represent 4 star hotel and the most important thing that taste of all the menu was great. Keep up the good work Luxton!!

  Avoid the valet parking!

  The parking space is super limited, we were left to no choice but valet parking. On the morning next day, I saw the valet staff moved my car to other parking area but he was driving recklessly. After check out, there were scratches at the front bumper of the car. The location of the hotel is awesome, but the bad experience makes me have to reconsider if I want to come back. Most likely not.
