  Incredible view of Alps mountain and lermoos local environment. The best view of my 16 days honey moon trip. And the hotel host is very nice and passion. Maybe her name is Monica(i forgot...i guess...).She fluent in English. And Lusspark and neighbor building is beauty and cute. It's a wonderful world for retired life. But far to the supermarket, some restaurants can get there by foot. Not very far to the Germany fussen via driving car so if you plan to go to the New Swanstone Castle can consider to stay at Lusspark beacause the fussen hotel is very expensive and no good. We just do it. The reasonable price and free large parking place in front of hotel. A satisfy stay in Lusspark.

  Great value and very clean

  We stayed at Lusspark for three days - two adults and two children aged 5 and 9. The apartment was very clean and big with balconys on both sides with beautiful views of the mountains. It was a great value, however we were surpriced to be charged an extra 25% to the price listes on Hotels.com. This covered mostly cleaning. It would have been nice to have been informed of this when booking the place. All in all we had a very nice stay and enjoyed dinner in nearby Ehrwald and a nice swim in beautiful Plansee.

  Perfect Gasthof

  Friendly staff, spacious and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was extensive and lots of choice. Room and bathroom seemed very luxurious, balcony was very big and offered wonderful views over the town and scenery.

  Friendly family run Gasthaus

  I was here for a two night stay and had the single room that was a bit cramped, especially in the bathroom area which desperately needs a remodel. The sink was much too low, not sure it was built this way, including the water taps that were reversed (hot/cold). However, the room was clean and had a fridge and coffee/tea provided in-room. Very nice breakfast and friendly family run Gasthaus. The price I paid was okay but I would not stay in this room a second time.

  Our favorite stay

  Having an apartment for a few days in this lovely location, so close to town, to the train, with incredible views of the ski slopes and mountains...ah....We will stay a third time, no doubt. The owner is delightful and so helpful. We have stayed as long as two weeks and as little as 3 days.
