  buen hotel, ubicado en un sitio bastante bueno, con una estacion del metro en el frente para mas comodidad de los turistas, el ingles no es muy fluido pero lo compensan con la buena atencion del personal

  Ok hotel for the price you pay. You get the things you need in a hotel and we like the feeling of staying in a typical chinese hotel with chinese breakfast. You have to accept that the service and the knowledge of english is not good but people mostly are very friendly and try to understand and help you as much as they can. We have stayed here many , many times and like it. The location is very good. Walking distance to Luohu shoppingmall and to Dongmen and to lots of shops and restaurants

  Good Location, need high floor room

  Stay two night for my prewedding purpose, we got a room on 8 Floor, comfortable bed, clean room, but toilet always stucks, cannot flush, we have to find staff to fix it twice. Karaoke noise pollution starts on 10pm to 4am. We cannot sleep well even all windows are closed already. We change the room on next day and the staff told us that there is a Karaoke Bar on 5 floor and will have party everynight -.- They help to change to 14 Floor to avoid this problem. But toilet issue still the same, maybe water pressure is really poor on this hotel. So high floor is highly recommended or you can sleep well even someone is singing in your dream. Staff is really good, smiles and helpful. Rooms what you pay what you get, no more. but the bed is comfortable.

  Tossed up between this hotel, and Best Western. Chose this to save $20, what a big mistake. Probably the rudest hotel staff I have ever seen - yelled at for asking directions to the room, ignored for long periods. The only person decent was the bell boy who helped point us in the right direction. Asked for non-smoking room but the room stank like thick smoke. The bed was super hard. I considered sleeping on the chair during the night. Avoid this Hotel at all costs.
