  Not happy at all

  I was staying in Cervia for the weekend in October with my boyfriend. There were a lot of things bothering me. Sure, the price was cheap, but we payed for it in other ways. At the check-in, the receptionist was clearly bored out of her mind and dismissed us as soon as possible, did not even bother to offer any assistance on sightseeing or anything. There were two maids chatting in the middle of the hallway, no greetings at all. Shower was nonexistent, as you can see on other traveler photos, just a showerhead placed between the toilet and the bidet-utterly disgusting. So when you showered, whole bathroom was wet from top to bottom. There was dust on shelves in the bedroom and the bathroom was poorly cleaned(hair in the sink). Then in the middle of the night, there was a dog barking at another dog in the next room and no one even cared. Mattres was probably older than I am and very lumpy. Food was the most disappointing thing there(like eating cardboard, the coffe was very bitter, very limited choice for an open buffet). Waiting staff was also uninterested and also rude to one of the customer! At least the head waitress was polite and explained the process in english. I do have to send special thanks for the other receptionist, older light haired lady, who treated us with respect and made my last day of staying at this hotel bearable.

  Lovely and sunny week

  We spent a wonderful week in this hotel in August 2017. The typical Italian food served at the restaurant is varied and very tasty. We had full board so we enjoyed it a lot. All waiters are very friendly, a special big thank you to the waiter allocated to our table, Pietro, and to the waiter chief, Claudio. The hotel is clean and very well-located, close to the beach and the shops. We also liked the facilities at the private beach linked to the hotel. The only negative element would be the mini-club at the beach, which was supposed to be organized twice a day but was most of the time skipped. In one week, we saw it organized only once (in the afternoon).

  De vergüenza

  Hotel con cosas surrealistas en los tiempos que vivimos, solo se salva el desayuno, lo demás mal o peor. El personal si más, las zonas comunes de otra época y con mucho uso, las habitaciones que nos tocaron a varias parejas era de otro siglo, y su estado muy muy traslado, digo nos tocaron porque otros amigos en plantas superiores tuvieron una habitación de lujo, imposible pensar tanta diferencia en el mismo hotel. No volveremos ni locos.

  Nice beach hotel

  We slept 2 nights becouse Mirabilandia park visit. Hotel looks nice. Only road divide hotel from beach. There are a few parking spaces for guest ar the hotel. Parking on the street costs 6 per day. Rooms are nice and simple with new bath, clean, our had also air condition. Breakfast is ok. Only remark is that for the breakfast Hotel have plastic coups for drinks! Thats no go for 3 Star hotel. And als a ecologic issue.

  Beautiful Beach Location

  Great hotel in Cervia Italy right across from a beach that goes for miles both ways. Super clean and our upgraded room which we requested once we got there was excellent. We were fortunate we were there off season. Opt for a larger room rather than what we originally booked. Breakfast was great and staff were all very friendly. Had a great dinner right next door which was part of the establishment. One downside was that a bus load of 8-10 year Old kids (48 of them) on a school trip landed the same night we were there. And imagine they are all booked on our floor which made for a very noisy evening until the kids finally were put to bed by 11:00pm. Oh well.... we had a short night as we headed out early morning. Understand that Cervia is a beach resort city and from mid October till March is pretty much a dead town...very quiet and not much happening if you want the night life.in season it sounds like a real hot spot. Signed...a seasoned traveller.
