Gran Hotel todo incluído
Gran Hotel, con espectaculares vistas rodeado de un ambiente trnquilo y confortable. Habitaciones muy confortables, con todo tipo de comodidades, accesorios y lujo. Todo incluído muy completo con diferente tipología de restaurants. el único inconveniente es que se debe de reservar para la cena. Consejo: reservar oferta de cenas desde la llegada. Animación participativa inexistente, pero se hacen conciertos todas las noches y algun actividad deportiva. Miniclub. Zona de playa artificial pero muy cómoda. Zonas exclusivas para adultos. Cocteleria excitante y muy buena. Gran número de bares. Demasiado personal, creoq ue un poco desorganizado. Ideal para relajarse con toda comodidad sin necesidad de salir del hotel.

THE BEST
Definitely, the best hotel in Turkey! Restaurants, infrastructure, staff - literally everything is amazing! We were here in October, though it was a bit chilling on evenings, but in the afternoon the weather was fine and all pools are heated. I recommend the Laguna swim up room - it totally worth all the money. I am sure that we will come back in summer 2021!

The best in turkey
This was my 4th visit to the Lujo. Each year I think it cant get any better and because of Covid I fully expected it not to be as good as previous years. How wrong I was !!! Before leaving I had read some reviews from people who had been before and said this year the service was not as good. I have always found the service great, friendly staff who will do what ever they could to help you but with mistakes here and there which was not a problem to me but to others can be. This year I found the service even better, less mistakes, more professional and for a lot of staff that served me even more professional than maxx royal. English is spoken by 99% of staff. On the speaking of English I feel a good idea would be to add the flags of the language they speak on there name badge so that when guests approach staff they can see if they speak there language or not On arriving I was offered Moët and chocolate covered strawberries served by the friendly and excellent NURDAN and joy adviser FATIH was waiting. He was outstanding in looking after our needs and I would say the best guest relations person i have ever seen. Also when FATIH was not available YASAR was also very helpful. A lot has already been said about the excellent room so I wont go into that much but will mention that there where a few changes to the mini bar. Big bottle of blush instead on small bottle of red and white wine, I would prefer to have the small bottles, also no haribos this year so please bring them back. I do like the USB ports and also that the rooms have some 3 point plugs also the pillow and mattress menu is great. The resort itself is stunning truly amazing views all over the hotel, great pieces of artwork dotted around every where and there is a great flow to the hotel. It is on a perfect site and straight away you have a feeling of WOW. there have been LOTS of little changes this year and nearly all the changes have been for the better THE RESTAURANTS First of I would like to say how much better the staff are this year in understanding how British like there food served, how if you want a half portion its exactly what you get, also they now understand better that British guests tend to like one course at a time instead of all together. Also the new addition of a wine waiter is also excellent and means your wine glass never runs dry. The house wines are of good quality offering 2 different sorts FOC. I love that the restaurants are always busy with 100s of people, and some nights there are live musicians playing in the restaurants. All the restaurants have a great atmosphere. SHIBORI is a excellent place for breakfast. It is at the top of the hotel so a amazing place to take pictures from in the morning. The breakfast is lovely. CAGLAR was always helpful, welcoming and friendly. At night it has changed a little. There was in previous years complaints it was to dark but that is not the case any longer, lighting is a lot better. the food is excellent, apart from the rice which was far to wet also please bring back the noodles. The stir fried spicy beef was amazing. Our server UFUK was outstanding in his service making sure everything was perfect. MEHEMT was also excellent and the manager YAKUP OPA opa is so much better this year, the lunch menu is perfect for my tastes and so much choice. At lunch times service from the likes of ENES and KENAN was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble. At night opa is so much better, the lighting is now excellent, it is bigger and the new section near the beach is a great addition, also on one night it was a little windy and cooler but the Lujo did what it does best in that it thinks ahead and placed patio heaters near the tables to keep guests warm. Food again there is excellent especially the lamb shank. Excellent service was given by GOKHAN, OSMAN and ENES,ELGOS and the wine waiter TURKNAR. The manger of opa/ indigo HALIL is very very professional and a credit to the hotel, always friendly always chatty and always willing to help where he can. I used indigo and opa a lot and the service was also outstanding apart from one lunch time. Not because the staff where poor but because it was impossible to meet the demand of the guests wanting to use indigo/ opa for lunch. The main reason for this is because children where allowed in. Indigo has always been 16 plus and I have always found that to be a big positive but for some strange reason this year kids where allowed in for lunch and it caused problems. When it was extremely busy staff where being pulled away from serving guests to stop children climbing the podiums, stop children going in the pools and so on and it is not fair on the staff to have to do this so please stop children entering indigo / opa for food. There are so many restaurants for familys so please leave one adult free. I would also like to mention the lady that greeted people on arrival and took them to there table. Her name is FLUTURA (madam butterfly) she is so friendly and helpful. ASMA wow what amazing food they serve here. So much choice for lunch and dinner, so many excellent staff, including the amazing FERHAT. What a person, he has the amazing talent of making you feel like the most amazing person in the world, his service is outstanding and it was always a pleasure to meet him. all guests I saw seem to no ferhat and everyone said what a great member of staff he was. He is extremely well supported by the excellent CEREN , HASSAN, and UMET, and the restaurant is very well managed by GOKHAN. It was a pleasure to eat here. ALARGA in previous years alagra was for us the one low point in the hotel service wise. This year its completely different. The restaurant is now extremely well managed by the excellent YUVUZ. Such a friendly helpful person who now runs a great restaurant. There is great breakfast, lunch and dinner here with excellent service from MURAT and MUSTAFA.The restaurant has a beautiful setting over looking the beach. The fish served in baked salt is a must as its a great experience. QUINOA What can I say. Excellent food, excellent staff. The restaurant is extremely well managed by AYTULLAH and service from all the staff is excellent especially from AZIZ who was always friendly and very professional. There is so much great food there. My only slight issue is I would still like more of a Mexican feel here though, something like Mexican music playing in the background SORRISO great Italian food here for lunch and dinner. The pizza and ravioli where excellent. Yet again the service was outstanding with the restaurant extremely well managed by ALI DENIZ and GOKCEN, they where so helpful, friendly and professional. There was also excellent service from RAMIN and YANUS ELGAUCHO first of I would like to point out that I still feel sometimes the Lujo Communication should and could be better. For instance people have been told on WhatsApp that that this restaurant was 50 pp others where told 40 and on the website it says 30 these sort of small issues do need sorting out. The restaurant itself how ever was fully worth the actual 30 we paid. Amazing food especially the tomahawk (wow) and the Lujo special. The service was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. We where taken to seen the cuts of meet on offer and they explained what each cut was. It was a great experience . KOZA its great to have a 24hr a al carte and the menu here is great, so good it would not be a problem to eat here every day. The roasted pepper soup and pennie arrabbiata (very spicy) are amazing. We always had excellent service here especially from APOCAN DUZDABAN RELAXING IN THE DAY There are so many places to relax in the day. Joy beach Is a more lively part of the beach with a nice bar, swimming pool on the beach, beautiful sand ,comfy sun beds and buzzers on the beds to call for drinks. I have read in previous reviews that the buzzers do not work but we did not find that. The bar is lovely and service excellent especially from ALKAN GAMZE. this year they have added a fruit stall next to the bar where you can get fruit during the day and its a excellent new addition. Escape beach Is a more peaceful area, with a great bar where you can cool down if you are hot. There are loads of little hid always comfy seats on the grass to relax in. Service again is excellent in the area with the amazing HAKAN , EMRE(behind the bar ) and the truly wonderful NESRING who was always happy, smiling, dancing and chatting. ADULT ONLY BEACH very relaxing and chilled area with outstanding service. INDIGO Indigo is great apart from having children around at lunch time. It in the day it sometimes has a show on and also sometimes at night. No indoor nightclub this year because ALL music must stop at midnight. There are loads of comfy areas to relax and chill, a nice pool and bar. There are many excellent staff there including ISMAIL and EMIR YETISKUL who makes a excellent cocktail called (pirate shanty) My only complaint about indigo A(apart from children) was the music. In previous years the music there and at pier lotus was upbeat and good, making people happy, alive and wanting to chat, be friendly, maybe even a little dance. For some strange reason this year the music changed to a very boring zen sort of music. Music that ment all people wanted to do was sleep. I feel it also affected the staff as the music seemed to zap energy away from them. Indigo and pier lotus have always been exciting places, fun places, not dull places where nobody wants to interact with each other. When the hotel eventually listened to complaints about the boring music and changed it for better music both indigo and pier lotus completely changed for the better. Guests where happier, staff more lively. In fact the staff cheered when eventually changed to the sort of music people liked, so please do NOT ever go back to the boring music that was played this year. If the hotel wants to play zen music play it at relax places like escape area. FLY INN POOL AND SWIM UP BAR The swim up bar is amazing and well worth a visit. The views are amazing and its great having a drink in the pool while looking out at the views. There are also 2 smallish pools next to it. PIER LOTUS. I see pier lotus as the place to be in the day. Its a great pier where you can hire cabans and even a Yacht for the day. But this is not what makes the pier special. The staff are amazing there and they are what makes it a amazing place to spend the day. OSMAN is by far the best barman we have every met, funny, always willing to chat and makes ANY cocktail you wish and does Osmans specials. My favourite cocktail of his is Osmans love. The waiting staff on the pier are also excellent including HAMET, YAMUIR, AYKUT, ROHDAN and BIKESULTAN. on the cabanas is MEHMETT who is a true professional, friendly happy person and is perfect for the cabanas. The pier is managed by MALI who also so welcoming, friendly always willing to help and runs the pier to the highest level with his amazing staff. All these people on the pier give it a great atmosphere, somewhere people want to spend there days and they help make it feel like home. OTHER AREAS IN THE DAY Kids club, Aqua park, gym, yoga, indoor pool,gym, and lots of activities Also there is a sports bar with where the excellent JAN and YASMIN work LUJO AT NIGHT just like in the day there are lots of things to do at night. There is the sports bar where you can watch sport THE PUPPET ARENA This is where there are shows most night. It is a really good arena with loads of comfy seating, table service. Most of the shows are good with the occasional show not so good. The service around the arena is excellent especially from the likes of AMET, DEMIR, LOKMAN AND AYHAN. INDIGO Also some great shows at night. PABLO ESCO BAR like pier lotus this is the heartbeat of the Lujo at night. It is 16plus only. this bar has changed a lot this year with excellent parties, excellent drinks and excellent staff. The cocktail are amazing as is the choice of drinks. It was a pleasure watching samet in action with his larger than life charter, huge smile, great skills and excellent cocktails, I would have liked to have got to know him better and drink more of his cocktails. RIP As for the rest of the staff they are TRULY amazing. As soon as you enter you are great like family. Everyone is so helpful, big smiles and nothing is to much trouble. waiting the tables are some great ladies. YAGMUR, DUYGU, MARGARITA, ILKNAR to name just a few. Behind the bar is the amazing IBRAHIM AVCI (this man deserves promotion) IBRAHIM PAMUK, EMRE AVCI (who works in lots of areas). There is also this year 2 great new additions in MALI whose cocktails are amazing and he is always so happy to see people and also OMER who really works hard and is very keen to learn as well. TAYFUN is a excellent cocktail maker and person who made excellent Bailey cocktails. The bar is extremely well run (as well as other bars ) by HUSEYIN who is absolute credit to the hotel. I have watched him welcome people, match people from the same country with each other so they can chat and is always there to help. pablos was always a great place but now its even better. Special praise must also go BURAK (Jason prime ) to who i first met in 2018 in pablos. Everyday he can be seen around the hotel checking everything is ok, always friendly, always smiling and a great manager. One small issue is that now pablos is a lot busier at night extra toilets are needed. Other excellent staff around the hotel are. GOKUS, MAZLUM , MUSTAFA, OKAN, ONURUNGUN, VOLKAN. WHEN ITS TIME TO LEAVE THE LUJO the Lujo has nice comfort rooms where you can relax and get a shower before leaving the hotel. Dont forget to get a CIP lounge ticket for the airport. ANY ONE THINKING OF GOING TO THE LUJO The Lujo is like no other hotel. It offers more than any hotel Ive been to in Turkey. The hotel itself looks stunning with stunning views. The choice of restaurants and food is outstanding. The drinks choice amazing. pools ,beach are excellent and the hotel just gets better and better each year. Lujo is all about making guests feel special, like family and nothing is ever to much trouble. Also the fellow guests in the hotel are always friendly, chatty and always smiling. There was a great mixture of nationalities and everyone seemed happy mixing with each other no matter where they where from. But it is the staff that make this hotel truly amazing, and its the staff that make people want to return time and time again. Well done Lujo and its amazing staff for making peoples holidays great.

By far, the best hotel I ever stayed in
Stayed with my wife Sept. 11th - Sept 19th 2020. From the entrance, and check in, during the whole stay, and to the check out, the staff made us feel special. Room was designed in modern way, with all necessary equipment. It was cleened on daily basis. Minibar re-filled, however staff was almost invisible. Restaurants and bars are on very high level, with perfectly balanced offer. Entertainment was also very good. Spend almost whole holiday at the beach and Escape bar, 7 days of total regeneration. I could tell stories about how good everything was, but you shoud go there and see/feel it for yourself. First hotel that I really look forward to returning.
