Great B & BVisited with my wife and two kids and stayed in the family room. Great location just a few yards from the Metro entrance and you could not get any better if you are taking in a match at the San Siro stadium as its 5 minutes walk. Good for getting in and out of central Milan as the Metros run until 12 at night but not a great deal around the place itself. Room was really clean and the was a bunk bed for our kids which they enjoyed. We did seem to run out of hot water on the shower but it was a minor point. Breakfast was good and Bruno who runs the B and B was a great host even emailing maps before our arrival. He was also happy to give keys to the gates and front door so that you can come and go as you please. All in all a great little place with great service. It's not a five star hotel but if you want a good value B and B out of the centre of Milan or to use when visiting the San Siro then I would certainly recommend.

Terrible. Stay awayWe stayed here 1 night. We went here because it was out of town. Billed as a B&B and of what was available on the night it had an above average ranking on trip advisor and bookings.com. Well don't be mislead it is terrible. We were greeted by a person who did not speak or understand English. We were shown our room right beside what they call the reception. This is all he could do apart from saying ciao when he left. We had to find the password for the wifi that did not work except if you sat in the hallway. The shower was full of mold on the floor and up the wall. The TV didn't work and to top it off breakfast was less than ordinary. Our room was right beside the breakfast room and faced the main road. We heard everything finally getting off to sleep after midnight to be woken by street noise many times and finally at 6.30am when the first person entered the breakfast room. The walls are paper thin and you can here everything from the guests arriving in the middle of the night and the manager or what ever he was clearing his throat outside our door at 7am. This is not a B&B it's a bottom floor of a residential apartment building turned into an overpriced accommodation. For the 138 euros we were charged we could have done much better. This is at best a 25euro a night hostel. No more. And to rub salt into the wound on leaving we went to pay with credit card to be told the line was down. What a load of rubbish. This place got 1 rating because you can't put zero or I would have.
