  Wonderful

  The condo was great and we had a great time. Everything was perfect. Our family loved the place and we could not have had a more pleasant time. Everything we needed was there and the place beds were very comfortable.

  No staff, no problem

  The keyless, staffless resort was very nice. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Two bedrooms and two baths. Plenty of parking. Just a short walk to area restaurants and the beach. Great view of the back bay.

  No Management - Nasty Unit

  Unit 44 The most inappropriately-named management company, Good Management, is the worst I have ever dealt with, bar none. In 30 years of extensive travel and accommodations dealings, the absence of action by this company exceeds any other. I placed eight calls to this management company and NONE, five of which were supposedly marked urgent, were returned. The day prior to check in I was referred to another number where I was told I had no reservation. The entire experience was one of complete ineptitude. Upon arrival there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was no ice and one ice tray with a hole in it. There were six bath towels and six wash cloths for six guests X seven days. I had to buy detergent and fabric softener to launder wash cloths every day and towels every other day. There were three chairs for six guests on the balcony. The carpets were so disgustingly filthy one couldn't think of going without shoes. The sofas were soiled and nasty. The king mattress has a crater in one side as though a 300 pound linebacker had slept there for 20 years. Horrible. Upon attempting to use the oven, the fire alarm was activated due to the thick food residue accumulated in the bottom so this was not usable. On day two a shrill, constant beeping fire alarm sounded. A call to the management company was ignored (even though they claimed they marked it urgent and would call back). This irritating beeping which permeated our unit and indicated a problem continued all night and into the next day. A second call to management which they assured they would mark urgent accomplished nothing. Another guest had to threaten to call the fire department to finally get action. Unfortunately, the third day the beeping alarm began again. I happened to encounter two firemen in the hallway and they advised me all I had to do was call our management company. What a joke I told them the management company has completely ignored all my calls. The firemen indicated the fire marshal will be very interested in this revelation. On checkout day we began loading our car to leave. At 9:19 am the access code would not work and we could not get back in the unit. Checkout time is 10:00 am. Once again I called the management company and advised them of the situation. They said there was nothing they could do but would mark my call urgent (ha ha, again) and someone would immediately call back. So far it has been 29 hours and 32 minutes and I have not received a call. We were never able to get back in the rental unit. The incompetency of this so-called management company is beyond belief and I am astonished it remains in business.

  Best timeshare in OC

  My family has stayed in several different timeshares in Ocean City, MD, over the years. This was the best one. Great location (walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars), great unit, great pool, great cleaning staff. I'd love to go back!

  Quiet and convenient

  We stayed here in early March 2021 in a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for our family group. Nice kitchen and good sized living room. 4 of 5 on cleanliness. Well appointed furniture, although somewhat older, and long balcony along the side of the unit. We had little view of the back bay, though. Checkin was with a code, with no staff on site, but the management company responded asap to our call about the door code, wifi code, and parking question. Their local agent Chris was helpful by phone. Quiet area, and we walked a bit nearby but best to have a car to see many sights.
