  Realmente "Todo incluído"

  Muy bueno todo la comida , la limpesa , la ubicación etc. Lo único malo el personal de la recepción, parese que eran muy pocos y no tenían tiempo para ayudarte siempre. Lo recomiendo para el que quiera ir.

  Excellent place

  I've spent wonderful moments here. The staff was kind, the rooms clean and cozy, the food plenty and tasteful. It was like a visit in paradise. We've felt like VIPs. I would be very happy to come back.

  Great experience

  We spent 7 enjoyable days at Port River Hotel and I would like to share our experience with others. I am glad we made our decision to come here for vacation although many people restrain themselves from going anywhere abroad because of the pandemic. I think you can only return home healthier after spending some time at the seaside. The hotel provides a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. Besides, it is not crowded this summer so you dont have to worry about finding your place at the beach or around the swimming pool. The hotel staff deserves the special praise - they are so kind, hospitable and industrious. The amount and choice of food in the main restaurant is excellent; the option of having lunch at the beach is great (grilled meat, vegetables and salads), and plenty of snacks, sweets, cocktails and other drinks are available around the pool. Internet service was free and functional all the time. The hotel offers a great number of fun activities, throughout the day and every evening; Special praise goes to the hotel entertainer, Mario, who is an amazing person, with lots of talents and a great spirit. We will have memorable events thanks to him. I would also recommend visiting old town Side, 10-minute-drive by taxi; you will see fascinating architecture from the ancient Greek time and have a lovely walk on the promenade. I can say we are more than satisfied with our vacation at this hotel.

  Lake River Side Hotel

  I spent 7 wonderful days at this hotel with my family . The food was good and the staff was friendly and I got along well. The spa was my favorite where I could enjoy the Turkish room and sauna and the staff friendly here too. The pool was also a plus but the water was a bit cold. Many foods and drinks. Rooms are always clean and equipped with air conditioning. The beach with clean sand and very warm water delighted us again. The hotel is equipped with many bars even on the beach where you can get food and drinks for free. The animators especially fascinated us with the evening shows and dances. I highly recommend this hotel.

  It isn't a 5-star hotel... Definitely not

  We stayed in the hotel in December-january for 15 days. 1. The wi-fi is very very weak. And there is no place where it works good. If you come here for a remote work, forget about it or buy a sim card. 2. The Staff is very mean and angry, their attitude towards guests is very disrespectful. Especially a waiter (I guess he is a senior waiting staff) with black hair and black brows and with a dark skin. His behaviour was very arrogant and mean, he even almost had a fight with one of the guests. The other is a bartender, who used to work in France before, I don't remember his name. But he was very unfriendly, and even shared his judgements on the guests and moaning about them. The overall expression would be good, if the staff was a bit more friendly than they were. So I guess they should leave their job, if they don't like the guests. The guests require a respectful attitude and I don't want to hear that I am being rude, when I'm not, just because someone else was. I will not return to this hotel just because of that staff, who treat me like an unwanted guest. 3. There is a clear miscommunication between the hotel facilities. We booked a set of massages, but suddenly in the evening the plans have changed and we wanted to inform them, so that the massage ladies won't have to come early in the morning. But the reception didn't have phone of the SPA center administration to inform them. The hotel service is available 24/7, but apparently not. The reception and that dark haired waiter came and listened for the problem and then said: "Well, we can't help you" 4. The food is ok. I wouldn't say it was perfect, the range of options is very limited. 5. They don't provide toothpastes and toothbrushes, and bathrobes. They don't change you slippers. It isnt a 5-star hotel service at all. 6. Internal pool is very small and water in there was a bit cold. Although there some good things I want to mention about the hotel: 1. SPA center is very good. During our stay the SPA facilities' providers changed. Tho both of them were good. I want to thank Nazli and Helen for a quality massage we had and miss Asiya for a good management. That is the only service we enjoyed and didn't have troubles with. 2. The receptionist Caglar is the only one who helps if you have problems. He will solve any question. Overall impression is 2 out of 5
