  Fantastic room, friendly hosts, great breakfast, value for money, can't go wrong here.... toys for small children to play with while Mum and dad have breakfast, rooms very spacious, very comfortable stay, would highly recommend

  Wonderful day out.

  Drove here today with my grandsons. And can honestly say it's lovely for the little ones. A few animals around which can be fed, then a ride on the tractor trailer to see the other field where the combine harvester was in motion. Then back to see llamas and ostriches! Along with a variety of goats and cows. Theres a park and play area and old fire truck and tractors.Really family oriented. Well worth a visit.

  Loved it. Home from home.

  We stayed at Lower Drayton Farm for 9 nights while we were in the area for family reasons. The hosts couldn't be more helpful, particularly when my wife fell ill in the middle of our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, had a great view, and included a fridge with bottles of fresh milk every day. And nice biscuits! And this apparently was a budget room! We shared a bathroom with one other room, but we knew that when we booked, and it was never an issue. The B&B is about a mile outside Penkridge, and about a mile and a half to M6 J13 in the other direction. Very easy to get to. It's on a working farm which is also a tourist attraction. We were on a room only rate, so never sampled the breakfast. Next time we will.

  Cosy with great breakfast

  Stayed for one night. This is a lovely B&B and the host Val and her husband are very welcoming. We stayed on possibly the hottest night of the year so far so the room was incredibly hot. The room was clean. The bathroom gorgeous with roll top bath. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable as when you lay on it you feet are higher than your head so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Breakfast was delicious.

  Outstanding stay.

  We were upp visiting relatives and thought that the travel lodge would be OK, only it was fully booked. Result. So very glad it was and we stayed here. Val and Ray are amazing people and could not have been more welcoming or accomodating. Great room, great price, easy to find, easy parking, great facilities and when the play barn is built you won't need to go far to knacker the kids out! They're very proud of the farm and rightly so. We will be back. Lots.
