  Wonderful B&B

  We had the opportunity to stay in the Spring House for a long weekend in September. The grounds were beautiful and the Spring House was a quiet little retreat...just what we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the porch and enjoying the surroundings. Scott and Anne were gracious hosts and made us feel welcome in their home. We enjoyed our conversations. The breakfasts were very delicious and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs. We loved the secluded feel like being very close to town.

  Lovely home in Boone

  We recently stayed at the Lovill House Inn. The fall weather was wonderful adding to the ambiance of the house and other guests. The owners (Scott and Anne) were friendly and very helpful. They know the Boone area well and gave us valuable advice about hiking trails. Their Inn is cozy and clean. The breakfast was creative and delicious. We'll definitely stay again.

  Absolute Best B&B We've Ever Found

  From the moment we arrived, Scott and Anne could not have been more welcoming. Scott went out of his way to show us around, explaining the history and amenities of the inn and also the first-floor Bristol room, where my husband and I stayed for two nights. (We'd definitely choose this room again. Loved the fireplace! And the gorgeous woodwork.) The inn itself is charming and immaculate, with spacious inviting rooms. Loved the large wrap-around porch. Also the private setting on gorgeous grounds, yet still within walking distance to downtown. Anne whipped up the most yummy breakfasts, served buffet style at 8:30 each morning. The common breakfast hour gave us the opportunity to meet some of the other people staying at the inn. We actually had very meaningful conversations around the breakfast table. It was a unique experience making these connections, one that would not have been available at a hotel, or truthfully, at any of the other inns where we've stayed. And we travel frequently. There really is something unique and special about this place. And it all starts with Scott and Anne. And Heidi, their shy dog who stole my hubby's heart. We'll definitely be back for another visit. Stay here....you'll be so glad you did!

  A truly special place!

  From the greeting upon arrival to the cleanliness and coziness of the rooms to the incredible all homemade breakfast spreads, this place is truly special! Scott and Anne are the best innkeepers and kindest all around people. Highly recommend! We will be back!

  Lovill House Inn

  Lovill House Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Boone, NC. The Innkeepers, Scott and Anne, make you feel so welcomed. The Inn is very close to downtown Boone, where there are great restaurants and shops.
