  acceptable 4 star

  Clean rooms with a nice balcony. Great hospitality and very kind helpful staffs. Rooms are not sound proof , doors make many noise and there is no continiusely silence specially if there is wedding ceremony in hotel ceremony salon. Great spa in 2 part , one men and women and the other women only . 1 outdoor swimming pool 2 warm water indoor jakosi massage and spa . This place is not suggested for singles because its designed and managed for families. breakfast and dinner was acceptable and only one night there were live singer . house keeping knock the door too much also when knock the neighbor doors you can clearly hear it . Every day service was different some days great some days avarage. Totally its accaptable 4 star.

  Weekend with Family and Friends

  Excellent 4 star hotel for a weekend. Rooös are new and very clean. Staff is great, Spa is great (superb hamam:)) Hotel location is near to very nice natural wonders.Food is tasty. We would be very pleased to be back again.

  Quite and beautiful place

  Lova hotel need 10 minutes to reach from Yalova centre by car but place quite and beautiful from entrance nice and helpful staff. Big room.cleanilles. variety of foods in breakfast Good Wi-Fi. For dinner there's big restaurant and spa available For transportation no issue staff can arrange Taxi and not take time

  Terrible management

  We have been customers at this hotel for years but unfortunately the management is terrible. We booked two rooms that fit two people in each room. We had a guest and they would not allow him come to our room although he provided his passport and was not even staying. We had an important business meeting and needed privacy. They wanted to charge us an extra 100 TL just for him to stay although we had an empty extra bed. They said that when we booked our room we booked it for one person although there are two beds which makes no sense. They wanted to charge per person although we already payed for a whole room. Only two star hotels do that. We talked to the manager and she was very rude and did not even care although we have been loyal customers for a while. They did this to us twice so we checked out around 5pm although our check out was the next day and decided to go to the Hilton. The Hilton is a lot fancier and cleaner and cheaper. Lova hotel rooms are dirty and we always had many flies in our room. Im so glad we found an alternative. They don't respect their customers.

  There were some important flaws

  Clean hotel with good amenities. However, there was two major flaws. First, the wi-fi was practically not functional during our three days stay. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel in 2020. Second, there was also a "misunderstanding"(!) about room size and duration of stay. The room size was smaller than what we booked online, and the availability of the room had changed upon arrival! The inner pool, gym room and Turkish bath were all OK. Food was OK, restaurant was a bit noisy.
