  Do NOT BOOK worst experience ever

  Do NOT book this hotel. Upon arrival we got room next to the reception, we could hear everything happening in the reception including fights between receptionist and the owner. In our room was a missing shower door. (The shower door was probably removed and never replaced) when taking shower the water was everywhere around the bathroom.Receptionist was ironically laughing saying its gonna be replaced tomorrow ( he was ironically laughing as he knew its not gonna happen). The door was never replaced. Worst food I have ever had. The only fruit on breakfast was an orange cut to slices?! Breakfast was cold. You needed to cue up for drinks although it was all inclusive. All inclusive part was the biggest joke. First of all they were poorly replenishing food on breakfast lunch and dinner, so or you had to fight your way through to get some food or you had whats left. No food labels, we had no idea what we were eating. Upon requesting an olive oil, I got an other ironic laugh from cook saying we dont have olive oil in this hotel - I cant believe they had no olive oil in GREECE. All inclusive all day meals were ham and cheese toast, hot dog or salad you needed to cue up for those as well. When I asked for salad they had NONE as the chef had no time to prepare them?! Alcohol was cheap local alcohol, and anyway we could have had only beer or wine all day and cocktails in the evening. The pool on the second day of our stay became cloudy and green it was not see through. When asking what happened to the pool none of the staff knew?! Receptionist answered in rude way saying I hadnt got chance yet to go to the pool today (trying to ironically say he is working hard and didnt get time off to go to the pool) We found out they put some chemicals into the pool, but in my opinion it wasnt safe to jump in like the kids were doing. When talking to the manager he was just listening and not answering as he had nothing to answer. When complaining through booking hotel stated we were lying although everything is documented on pictures?

  Not the best

  We were genuinely worried to stay here after reading the reviews.Some of the reviews are a bit harsh but it wasn't great.The pool areas are lovely,plenty of beds and shade if you need it.Staff on pool bar were all friendly,and you do see them a lot as the drinks are in tiny plastic cups so youre forever going up!!!Food not great,no labels saying what it is,dripping in oil,and you can't drain it off as other guests behind you tutting and pushing you along.We did eat out a lot.We paid extra for a superior room,wardrobe handles falling off,bed really hard and very low to the ground,had to pay for air conditioning.Shower door not great so bathroom floor got quite wet.Location excellent for eucalyptus street with bars and shops,and you can walk to the beach.If they made a few improvements we would stay here again,but not as it is,which is a shame because it could be great

  Loved it

  My family and I loved it when we went, rooms were clean, food was nice and so were the staff. The only downside was the fact that non alcoholic drinks werent served after 10pm or something like that But that was okay. We stacked up on the drinks so we had enough to last. No evening entertainment but we entertained ourselves. I do recommend this place.

  Hotel closed

  DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL. NO CORRESPONDENCE TO SAY HOTEL IS CLOSED. TRAVELLED TO FIND GATES CHAINED AND DESERTED. Angry is an understatement. We had to sit in a restaurant waiting for alternative accommodation. My daughter has a learning disability. I will be making a formal complaint.

  There is hardly even 1 star

  We went to the Loutanis hotel was the worst hotel ever. Dirty, no cleaning service. Food undercooked and sometimes even frozen and low variety. Breakfast 7 days a week the same. No local food served. Seriously best food were hotdogs at swimming pool. Wine thinned with water. At the swimming pool drinks served only in plastic cups that later on end up in the swimming pool often with its content. Climatisation extra paid and if you do not they everyday water garden to keep the growth of mosquitos and if you forget to close window for the night your children will look like after getting chicken-pox. The owner sits everyday in the swimming pool area and scares people from having too much fun. The pipes in bathrooms forces you to leave used toilet paper in the metal bin and they empty bins only once a day in the morning (you can only imagine the smell when you come back to your room at night). During our stay they didn't even change our bed sheets even once and we stayed there for 11 nights. After complaining to the staff finally I have received clean sheets to wear it myself :p. Absolutely full self-service. My kids were sleeping on a wobbly bunks bed and when the bed finally bed became very wobbly and scary to sleep for my daughter I asked in the reception for the maintenance they said that it's fine and she can sleep there. If we would like to swing on a bed during night we would rent a bout not a hotel. We had to move mattress on the floor cause I would not risk my child's safety because of laziness of staff. And there is funny thing about the owner. When we were asking receptionist to fix that bed the owner was sitting there with stupid smile on his face and did not show even the slightest interest about us guests but when one of the customers wanted to finish her grapes outside the dining room he shouted at her and insulted with perfect English.
