  Best of Baile Felix!

  Lotus Therm ***** is a luxury hotel in Baile Felix. The spa is organized according to the same system that I met in Hungary and is reasonable. At this moment we think it is the best hotel in Baile Felix! I rented an apartment - but then I discovered that it is not necessary if you have guests! - a double offers the same comfort. The prices are too high for what it offers - comparable to some good hotels in Singapore! The table was really good quality. I appreciated the "corner" with traditional Romanian dishes!

  Weekend spa

  Last time i was here in 2015,now after 5 years is the same,like new! Very nice place,very good services,perfect room and spa. The food is delicios! Very large parking, very friendly staff, great location and excellent spa services. very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, excellent breakfast food and dinner, all ingredients are fresh and varied. the water pools are excellent and varied, and the massage services, thermal baths, etc. extraordinary.

  Not a true 5-star hotel, rather a 3-star plus !

  Although, I expected to find a real 5-star luxury hotel (according to the priced payed), I rather found an average 3-star plus hotel. A medium sized room with a very small bathroom, without a bathtub and only with an average shower cabin. No true luxury toiletries (shampoo and shower gel were provided in the same recipient and were of very low quality). In the room there is no a kettle or tea bags, coffee, sugar for free (however, I have also to say that at my request, I received a kettle for my whole stay). Certainly, you may use the in-room bar but you will be charged additionally. No newspapers were provided at reception or in the morning, at breakfast. Moreover, only two elevators for the eight floors, is obviously too little. Last but not least, the quality of massages (for which, obviously, I was fully charged) was disappointing. However, there are also some pluses: the thermal water is unbelievable (you may feel its effects after the first days) and usually the staff is helpful, polite and smiling.

  Pleasant week

  We had a pleasant and relaxing week. The hotel and the spa are beautiful, well maintained and the staff is king and helpful. The food is good, tasty, classic Romanian and some drinks are included. The medical centre is also very clean and very good. Good Wi-Fi speed. There are some negative aspects that matter especially if it is crowded (on week end): - not enough chaise longues (sunbeds) at the pool, instead are many chairs - the elevators are slow - the tables in restaurant are too close each other and when there are many people the restaurant looks like a canteen - the entertainment programs at pools are very noisy (not relaxing atmosphere) - there are shows in restaurant on week end with traditional music that look like wedding party (is better for the shows to be held in another room) - the standard room's bathroom is small without bidet - there are not balconies - the beds are a little bit hard
