  Not recommending

  We had a nice family room on the 3rd floor with wonderful view to the sea. And unfortunately it was the only great thing about this hotel. Breakfast was so so, there were constantly noisy repair works ongoing. On the beach there was always red flag so no swimming allowed. On the neighboring beaches you could swim safely. Actually you cant swim at hotel beach as there are many sharp rocks. Me and my friend hurt ourselves. Our passport were kept for the whole stay at the reception so we felt like hostages. Biggest disappointment was at the checkout. We have been asked to wait about 30 min while our room has been checked. We were told to pay for the 2 beach towels that at the end have been found at the pool. It should not be the guests responsibility to constantly watch the towels etc Hotel is located about 5 km from the center so if you want to try any Vietnamese food you always need to take a taxi. Hotel restaurant is very expensive and disappointing. Sorry to say but I do not recommend this hotel.

  Horrible check in and service

  Booked a ocean view family suite for six of us through tour east travel agency. So 3 things just at check in ... booked for 6 but got place for 5 to sleep. Hotel offered another only if we paid extra. Secondly the suite balconies is very unsafe and definitely not for families with young children. A young child can walk through the handrail. I tried to resolve these problems but the deputy manager just laughed at me and refused me to speak to the manager or owner. So 9 days to go..... sure we will have much more feedback on how the situation develop at this resort.

  Lovely beach stay

  Booked this place through a conventional travel agent in person. I think she used Expedia. We thought the price was very reasonable. Werent really sure what to expect as reviews were a bit mixed. We stayed in a bungalow with a lovely deck overlooking the grounds and ocean. We found it very roomy with 2 single beds. Everything worked fine. The included breakfast was pretty good. Lots of choices with an egg and crepe station. The only issue we had was the coffee wasnt always hot especially if the restaurant was busy and the pot didnt sit on the warmer very long. Restaurant staff were excellent. Very attentive and friendly. The check in staff were all top notch. Every request was looked after promptly and happily. They also spoke English very well so that made it easy for us. We charged some meals and spa treatments to our room and the check out was perfect. No extra charges as some reviews have indicated. The pool towel procedure was explained to us. We were to always return them to the room. Not leave them by the pool. One review complained about a problem at checkout because they did that. Not staffs fault if you cant follow simple procedures. We only ate 1 dinner and it was Reasonably priced and OK We usually walked to local restaurants. There are about 3-4 local restaurants within a 5 minute walk which were all good and very cheap. We rented a motorcycle from a guy directly across from resort entrance. $12 for 24 hrs plus fuel. Awesome thing to do and cheap. That night we rode into town for dinner. Beach was mainly sandy. Check out a few rocks at low tide so you know where they are before swimming. Nice hard packed beach to walk in both directions to view sunrise and fishermen. This is the quieter end of the resort area. Pool was great. Very clean and warm. Enough deck chairs but I dont think resort was full. May be a problem if it was full We hired a private car to deliver us from Saigon and pick us up. Good driver. Cost $95.00 US each way. About 4 hours

  Amazing sea side resort

  Along the sea street of mui ne you'll find lotus resort. They got nice rooms and amazing random breakfast. Everyday is a treat here. It's near really good restaurants and some amazing spa. We didn't try their own spa but the one next door is truly awesome.

  Thank you Lotus Mui Ne Resort & Spa for a great holiday!

  We stayed from the end of February until the beginning of March 2020. The weather was very warm, with sunshine throughout the day and the temperature 32 C° or more. The hotel area is average size and the staff takes a very good care of it daily, therefore there is a lot of beautiful flora and fauna to see. Food was also very delicious. You can choose between European and Asian cuisine. We mostly tried Asian and were not disappointed. The restaurant staff were outstandingly polite and well-mannered. Especially a man in his middle 30s/40s and a woman with shoulder-length, loose hair. They noticed everything and always granted our wishes regarding the food and the drinks, so I do not exaggerate when I say that they made our vacation a memorable one! I highly recommend the hotel and hope you will enjoy your time there as much as we did.
