  One of the best places weve ever stayed

  This place is breathtaking. When you drive in you pass through a dirt road lined with beautiful cottonwoods and surrounded by animals and lavender fields. The service for the inn and the restaurant was second to none. My husband and I were absolutely swept away with the beauty of this location! The food at campo was the best meal both of us had eaten in a very long time. I highly recommend this place for locals and visitors alike! Im just bummed we didnt find out about it sooner!

  Beautiful stop on a road trip, will return

  We stopped on a roadtrip from Texas to California and so pleasantly surprised by the combination of convenient location, authentic experience, and overall well kept environment. The food at the restaurant was great.

  Lovely Enchanted Getaway!

  A great escape from the stress of the world. Parked the car and forgot we had it for 3 days until time for checkout. Cannot even remember the last time I did not drive for 3 days. A great reminder of the simple things in life. Everything you need is right here: food, drink, places to go for a walk, bikes to ride, architecture to admire, amazing scenery to enjoy, farm animals, wildlife, and smells of lavender to awaken your senses. Meticulous service when requested but also privacy respected. Top 10 things here: 1) Impeccable Inn service, 2) world class food at the restaurant, 3) signature cocktails second to none, 4) Mouse - the friendly farm cat that you can invite into your room for a swig of cream out of your fridge and some loving on your couch, 5) the farm animals - sheep, alpaca and chickens, 6) close up viewing of Canadian geese and Sandhill cranes on the grounds, 7) the amazing flyovers by the geese, 8) Peacocks strutting their stuff, 9) Unique gifts at the farm shop, and 10) all the amazing products an food they make here that are available for purchase. The very worst thing about this place is having to leave. Hope to be back soon. Oh, and during these times, the restaurant made outdoor dining a pleasure in 30 to 50 degree temperatures.

  Lavender For Love

  Such a lovely place! Great place for couples! Totally romantic! Room NF6 is spacious, bright & equipped with a king size super comfy & cozy bed. Excellent selection of tea in kitchen area which is set up so nicely! Restaurant Campo delicious! Dessert being my favorite! Loved the sweet visit from the Peacocks during dinner. Being a gardener I absolutely loved the private tour around the farm & greenhouse! learned so much while I was there! I cant wait to visit again! Oh the farm shop is amazing! So grateful to been able to pick up few hand crafted items while I was there May 2020. Thank you! I recommend this place for a beautiful peaceful getaway!

  Good if youre afraid of Covid

  Masks are mandatory throughout the property. They actually warn you that they will fine you $100 if you dont wear one. They checked our temperature at check in and when we went to dinner. The room was nice but expensive and when we tried to light a romantic fire the smoke detector went off (it was NOT a windy night). It kept going off until we opened all the windows. Water pressure came and went during my shower but was nice and warm. Dinner was good but the size of the aperitif was laughable, we heard other tables commenting on that as well. They charged $13 for the balsamic that was supposed to be on our cheeseboard then forgot it and brought us a tiny dish. The drinks we had were good but limited because were not lavender fans and almost everything was infused with lavender. My steak was REALLY good and Id highly recommend trying it. We sat outside, and it was nice, but wed made our reservation a month and a half earlier when they were ONLY doing outdoor seating and were never offered indoor. We heard someone else complain and get moved. They should have offered those early reservations first choice at indoor (bad customer service). The wait staff gets a 20% gratuity no matter what.
