  Muy buena estadía...

  Las habitaciones muy limpias. Estuvimos en una charla gratuita que ofrecían acerca de los vórtices energeticos muy interesante. Sedona es un gran lugar para ir a visitar y llenarse de muchas energías!

  No Wifi - No Customer Service - Amenities mediocre at best

  They say they have wifi, but it is virtually nonexistent. It's so slow I could not even open the speed test page to tell you how slow it is. I was told by the front desk it was faster in the lobby. The only difference there was that I could open the page for the speed test and got a reading of fractions of a megabyte per second. I stayed for four days and it was unusable the entire time. I came here expecting to be able to work remotely during my stay for a bit, which was impossible. I expect internet uncertainty out of motels and cheap hotels, but not when I'm paying nearly $200 a night to stay in a resort. Including the resort fee which is supposed to be for amenities such as working wifi. I had to go to a coffee shop nearby which had great internet but did have to expose myself to potentially getting covid to do so. This property also has horrendous customer service. I have contacted the hotel plus diamond resorts probably 5 times over the last month asking for a refund of the resort fee which seems fair to me. Each time I am told the manager is with another guest at the moment but will give me a call back shortly and I leave my number. Never have received a call back. Lastly, I will say if you don't care about wifi this resort is fairly mediocre, but I also think it's a bit cheaper than the rest of the places in sedona which can be pricey. So I would likely give it three stars if they would just provide working internet. It's in a good location if you want to be walking distance to the touristy parts of sedona. Rooms are outdated, but spacious.

  This resort, will not impressed your date!

  This place should be embarrassed to call themselves a resort. Resort fee on top of that,for what ? The pool ? Really or maybe to shotty wifi that takes 2 minutes to load. There is nothing special about this place. It totally does the trick if your on a budget in Sedona. Its perfect for the boys if you just need the basics. Dont try to impress any ladies with this resort it will be your last date. It is as basic as it gets with a very 90s motel feeling. Seriously just barely clean enough to stay the night. Just one night. Im embarrassed I even brought my wife and kids here. But hey its just for the night.

  Vacation time

  We arrived on Monday 8th, still here until tomorrow, I want it to write the review today because dont want to forget to do it, everything has being great, reception, our room spotless clean, ground floor with view to a nice pond, love the location of the hotel, walking in Tlaqueoaque is feeling that you are somewhere in Mexico, I am planning to come back again, the kitchen is very nice and well equipped, the only thing really bad is wifi, terrible congratulations

  Surely come back and recommend my friends

  I read reviews on resort and can said only one thing- look positive. We spend 4 days here and enjoyed everyday. Lots of activities, 2 steps from cute shopping mall. Restaurant on property is delicious with original design. HoteI design is very cute in old Hispanic stile. I can compare my fillings at resort with my previous vacations at Cancun ,Mexico ( only without ocean). Room was cute. Yes, furniture was't new, but everything is clean and unusual. Also, we never seen resort with free laundry ( detergent provided for free too) Stuff was friendly.One not good thing is internet, but I took all information that I need from that - just need a little more time. It was very quiet almost all time on property. Will recommend resort all my friends and hope come back . Thank you for perl in perl chan of Sedona!
