  Pass through hotel

  This hotel is OK for single night / pass through hotel but nothing more then that. Room interior was outdated. Could hear side and upper neighbors. Shower extremely small (80x80) and build in seat does not make it any easier to move around. Breakfast was quite poor and staff could not keep up with cleaning tables. Diner quality was fair and not to expensive. Positive point was quality of beds... comfortable and not as hard as you often experience in hotels.

  Nice hotel, easy to find, friendly staff but also with a very disappointing restaurang

  The hotel is easy to find as it is located just outside Vittel. It has good parking just outside the entrance and a friendly staff who also spoke good English. Free wireless network. The rooms are clean and ok. But the kitchen is terrible. We are often in France but can´t remember if we've ever eaten worse. A consistently poor menu, from appetizer to dessert. Because it is a hotel that also offers various spa treatments, we thought that the breakfast would be much better. But the breakfast was very limited and also disappointing. The hotel is very good for a overnight stay but you should not eat there.

  Simple and nice

  Stayed 2 nights and opted for full board and lodging. Practical and inexpensive when the objective is to be near the thermal springs which is just a short walk across the road. Continental breakfast spread is more than adequate, lunch and dinner are 4 course affairs with at least 3 choices each for starters, main course, cheese and dessert. Room is simplistic, functional and clean. Lighting could be improved. Wi-fi erratic. Definietly worth re visiting.

  Very bad

  - staff are extremely unfriendly. Don't even look at you when they ask you something. Especially the restaurant staff is horrible. - bad food, way too expensive. Fish was ok, vegetables (plain, steamed) were the same in 2 different dishes. - room was too hot, no airco. A lot of flies in the room and the breakfast area. - we asked for a room with a double bed and received a room with 2 single beds pushed together. - no microwave or fridge in the room. We're never going back.

  Worst dinner ever!

  Far too expensive for the quality of the room, we also had to pay an additional 10 euro extra for a baby cot! The restaurant looks very need however we had the worst dinner ever and also those prices are far overrated!
