  Booked through Ctrip, when we arrived we where told, that there are no rooms available, after long discussions, one of the front-desk guys was able to find rooms for us, but we had to wait for clean/prepare the rooms. After we could move in, we went to the hot-spring area, which was ok. After that we wanted to go for dinner in the hotel-restaurant where we were told, that they have no food available anymore (at approx. 8:15 pm! The receptionist told us, that we can go to a restaurant down the road and that they might provide a car which can bring us close to there, we only need to walk 5 to 10 min then to the restaurant. When we arrived there, they where cleaning up as they close at 9pm (one wonders, that the hotel-staff don`t know this, when the restaurant is basically in front of their door-step, and it was obviously not the first time, that they sent guests there when they "had no food"). Rooms: we had a "villa" with 3 bedrooms, what would be basically nice, but here is to say, they claim to be 5 stars, actually the villa was furnished like the holiday-appartements in Italy back in the 70s, except that each room had a TV-set. All in all it was the worst hotel-experience I ever had in China, and I am here since more than 10 years now and travel a lots all across the country. I would not complain, but even we booked through an agent, the roomrate was RMB 900,-, what is a lots considering the non existing standard.
