  Not worth staying at

  No wifi, no light in Bathroom, no functional elevator, instant coffee served in breakfast room, no "sorry" for all inconvenience from staff, very poor location (not many restaurant and attractions nearby)

  Perfect room layout, good breakfast, but unclean and service could be better

  A really nice hotel, with fantastic layout of the room, good space, but unfortunately the cleaning was really bad or lacking. We had the same rubbish and ded spider the whole time (5 days) in our room. If this will continue the hotel will need a renovation after few years. Also the polish service culture has room to improve. We made with my husband a mistake and took a wrong train and landed in the evening to a small town/village in the middle of nowhere. I called the reception to call us a taxi, but he refused to do anything! The next train would have left next day and I tried to explain that he has to do something since we could not stay at the train station and wait to the train over the night. But he did not even try to help! Lucky for us we met a polish couple and managed to get taxi numbers and help from them to arrange a taxi to this place (without common language) and got to the hotel the same evening.

  It's ok but I wouldn't come back , I had no Wi-Fi in my room only in reception, I told the guy but he not bothered, the heating didint work, the shower head broken , there was no attention to detail , the good thing about place was that it was nicely decorated , good location near train station , it was on top of hill but we had no views . Customer service was not very good but not bad even. So it was ok but I would choose somewhere else .

  My regular place to stay

  My favourite place to stay in Gdynia. I stay here several days in year. Appartments are big and comfy. Staff is very helpfull, speaks good english and all wishes from ordering a taxi to adjusting heating have been granted brilliantly. Very much recommended

  Clean, modern and quiet

  Stayed at Longstay apt hotel during a conference in nov 19. Got all I expected and more. The hotel felt modern and in good shape, rooms where clean and the breakfast was good. Our room had a nice living room with a dining area and semi open kitchen. Worked well for meetings and getting sorted before and after each day. One thing i especially apriciated was the beds. They where just perferct. I often find hotel beds to be either rock hard or soft as water, this was somewhere just inbetween.
