  A hideaway treasure

  I can't believe this place makes me feel home away from home. Stayed on 5th floor with the pool view. A little bit noisey on the day the had group seminar but it was just a short time during their snack break. It was so peaceful staying at this hotel. Their breakfast was just okay, found their soy milk and thier fried vegetable yummie. The quality of the bacon, sausage or ham need to be improved. The coffee and tea was awful I had to run back to my room and grabbed my own sachets back to the breakfast. Totally 4.5 stars for their location, my sleeping quality, the service and the parking lot. I love their lovely corridor with small tea table and chairs. I enjoy quiet moment there most of the time. The air con worked very good I was chilled at night unlike many other place have problem with it.

  A Comfortable Hotel

  We've stayed at the Long Beach twice. The standard rooms are a good size for a weekend stay. They are clean and the beds were comfortable, plus the amenities were adequate. No in-room coffee pot, though they will rent one to you if you'd like. Staff are pleasant and attentive. The lobby is a good size and has a nice variety of newspapers. Two nice pools, one geared for kids with a slide and wooden bridge. The other is a normal pool but of a very nice size. Both pools were clean and well maintained. We only ate the buffet breakfast during our stays. It was among the better we've had in Thailand. Everything was an appropriate temperature. A nice variety of Thai & western options. A very nice assortment of fresh breads. Real bacon. Quality and freshness were excellent. The coffee is pretty grim, but it's made in one of those huge, 50 or so cup vats. Will certainly keep the Long Branch in our list of options when back in Cha-am.

  Finally a proper room for 3 people

  The room that me and other 2 members of the family got had enough space for 3 people, even though the third bed was added there additionally. There was big couch/place to sit/play in the middle of room. We used it for our suitcases, which was very convenient for us. Another good thing is that there is one sink in the bathroom, and another sink in the room. So bye-bye long line for the bathroom!

  Nice hotel near the beach

  There are two swimming pools and one with water slide, kids love it. However, we did not try the other pool. The hotel is a bit old but still well kept. Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants nearby.

  Excellent staff, but dated rooms

  Everything about this hotel was above average, except for the rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a great variety of dishes. Pools were clean and well maintained. Peaceful location. But the rooms... Dated furniture, CRT TV (in 2020!?), And some mold on the bathroom walls. You have to do something about it!
