Best holiday ever!
From the moment we walked through the doors it was pure luxury ! Waited on hand and foot the staff just cant do enough . Wearing face masks in 40+ temperatures and constantly cleaning exceeded my expectations of just how far they would go to keep us safe ! There is everything you could ever need or want here for anyone of any age . I would recommend a wAlk out of the hotel , from the front turn left and walk along the highway , take youre first left where you will find a bazar with the best quality clothes . The moncler dsquared and Gucci are the best Ive seen . Given the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic you would hardly know , the way this hotel is run and the wAy the staff are handling it is amazing. The food is excellent and being a vegetarian there is more than enough choice ! The pictures and videos I have seen does not do this place justice ! The entertainment is fantastic from Zumba in the pool , a kids disco in the evening , a show every night with the most talented dancers to youre choice of outdoor music dancing and cocktails , the piano bar there really is something for everyone. There are 7 pools , you can use the facilities at long beach and long beach harmony . The salt water pools are amazing and feel like youre swimming in silk . The water slides are awesome ( there are 3 different water parks ) and kids will never get bored . Amazing holiday , amazing location amazing staff . I would recommend this hotel and we will be back .

Just spent 10 days at this hotel thoroughly enjoyed it lots to do for the kids and so many pools couple of bad points the tunnels leading from the hotel to the entertainment and beaches are very very slippery when wet myself my daughter and partner all had slips something needs to be sorted with this as there will soon be a bad accident also the food is very repetitive its the same every day/ the entertainment in the evening could also be a lot better All in all a good hotel with lots to do

Our trip
We were a family of four we booked the villa rooms which were large and very spacious .The reception upgraded us to give us both villa rooms pool side which was amazing There is a lot of pools and food places to eat the hotel has a lot of amenities and caters for all ages . Definitely recommend this all inclusive resort you wouldnt have to go anywhere everything is in the hotel premises Even rides for the children Would definitely return

Long Beach Harmony Hotel
Hotel is very good - couldnt fault the rooms or cleanliness or the staff, who were all as helpful as they could be. Only real complaint we have is the food wasnt great - because of the situation with corona, all a la carte restaurants were closed which was disappointing to not know before we came (not the hotels fault, but should have been advised by Jet2). In our opinion the buffet food could have been better as it was sometimes cold and often repetitive.

Long Beach Harmony
We came here by chance after moving our holiday from Greece at very short notice. And I am so glad we did. Firstly there isnt much difference between long beach resort and long beach harmony - its all on the same site and you can use everything at both hotels. Unless you pick the bungalows at resort (I wish I had known about those) Id stick to Harmony as newer - we had a swim up room and the balcony is huge - with secure gates so our daughter could play outside with no worry about going in pool if we were not watching. Due to Covid all al la carte are closed - we didnt know this before (Something I will email jet 2 about) but the food at buffets was very tasty - some times not overly hot and quite repetitive but very good quality and very tasty. The staff in the harmony restaurant are amazing - couldnt do enough for our little girl who seemed to have them all under a spell with her manners) - I cannot believe how many people do not bother saying thank you to hard working staff. The place is spotless - I havent worried about Covid, pools clean restaurant and rooms spotless - bring tip money in lira. Slides are amazing yes the water is cold avoid indoor as that has no sun warming it up. Only downsides for us have been closed al carte (not hotels fault). We booked a swim up room with our toddler believing from photos that a single bed was in next to the double and instead we had a sofa with a sheet on - our daughter was not impressed and ended up in bed with us every night when she woke up in the middle of the night. I love this place - and I would come back in a heart beat after Covid is over. There were few English talking visitors - if you want to socialise then maybe this isnt for you. We have probably met not more than 2 other UK familys on our trip - staff are defiantly aimed towards Russian visitors.
