  Cumple con lo minimo

  Hotel con muy bajo servicio. El desayuno es muy pobre y termina temprano, la gente no habla inglés y no es muy partidaria de ayudar, el ruido de los niños en la piscina se escucha desde las piezas todo el día y noche. No volvería a este hotel

  well renovated, strategic location, good value

  it was an old fashioned hotel when I first visited last time. it was well renovated and upgraded so much now. beautiful ambiance, refreshing air as the room is surrounded by huge garden, just like its name, lombok garden. location is really strategic in the center of mataram city, many foods/ local restaurants are walking distance frm the hotel. good value for money, I would say.

  Beautiful Gardens and Pool area

  This hotel has beautiful gardens as you would expect and they are well maintained. Quite a large area and many little walkways to accommodation. We chose a garden bungalow which was large the bed was huge about 8ft across and the private patio sitting area was lovely too. Of the two pools the one by the bungalows is definitely an attraction to everyone as the sun is on this for longer so many families tend to take over. This was not a problem it was nice to see children playing and having fun but plenty of litter left around. The downside to this hotel is that there are no restaurants around. The hotel restaurant does not provide much choice and you can order take away but you need to be able to understand the menu. We found Pizza Hut a 10 minute walk but the kerbs are high and roads busy and missing concrete slabs make it a challenge. Housekeeping were hovering outside the door at 8.15 am and breakfast was the most disappointing ever - Coffee looked green, one toaster and 6 slices of bread, fruit especially the papaya tasted mouldy, omlettes could be requested but everything else was indonesian as in rice porridge and toppings. Tables had same coffee stains for 3 days. Hard to find anyone who looked like they were waiters in restaurant although three people sat behind a high wooden desk near kitchen. Not quite the stay we had imagined.

  Lovely hotel

  The hotel is lovely, the gardens are beautiful and the pool is great. Also very central to most places in Mataram. Breakfast lacks options and front desk staff are rude and not helpful. Rusdi is one of the managers and was very helpful when we had some issues and he resolved them quite quickly. Housekeeping staff are very thorough and are the only staff who say hello and smile. Overall ok.

  Lombok garden hotel the Best

  Lombok Garden Hotel What a magnificent place too come to and yes WIFI and Aircon. Hotel staff from gardeners, cleaners to security are beautiful and make you feel welcomed. All their facilities and gardens are wonderful. It is reasonably central too all your shopping needs. Hotel prices for lunch and dinner are so so cheap and if you love Asian food as we do you will love it. Many many restaurants around area to find all as cheap as hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean huge beds and 2 pools to enjoy, with towel service. Tea and coffee, water, Combs, shaving gear, tooth brushes and shower caps. Soap is a 3 in one shampoo which is fine. Muslim area (so no pig products) People in and out of hotel beautiful and respectful nothing like Bali. Transfers from airport by Hotel one way $20 Blue Bird cabs everywhere and use their meters, very cheap. Private Taxi's outside hotel are very reasonable and will barter not ridiculous like Bali. Good prices to get to coastal area's for the day trips. Go up the tallest Mosque 140metres high over look the beautiful area out to the sea. EPICENTRUM and MATARAM MALLS huge and $2 to get there. Many mini marts and Supermarkets very cheap for cigs an water and food . Local village marts. If your looking for a holiday to relax and enjoy please try this place my wife and I highly recommend.
