Staff are just awesomeFrom Naha Airport, it was a 10 minutes ride by taxi, and maybe $10 - $15 dollars. I can't really remember, so I apologize for that. I had a late check in when I arrived. (because of my flight) (I did email the hotel ahead of time, to let them know that) The check in was very smooth. There understanding and speaking of English was pretty good. The desk staff explained everything pretty clearly, as to what they provide and any other charges. From there, one of the staff members took my bags to my room for me, opened the door, and showed me right into my room. Also explaining a few things, in case I may have forgotten, to what the front desk staff member had said to me. Now for the room. It was quite spacious, the layout was beautiful, and the room even included a cell phone to use, for anything that I may need, while I was in Naha. (very cool idea) I never used it, so I can't say what uses you can get out of it. There were instructions that came with it, but I think if you ask the front desk, they would be more than helpful to help you with that. The room had every amenity that you may need while you were staying there. Bathroom amenity's, was everything you would bring with you on a trip. Minus maybe deodorant. The room had a kettle, a small stacked bar fridge (you'll have to pay for what you drink, upon checking out), and even some welcoming snacks for you to try. Local snacks, that were made in Okinawa. Also I thought was a nice touch. The bed was large and comfy. Had a great sleep. The bathroom was a great size and and the layout was real nice as well. I also had a balcony facing a small harbor. Decent views, but just a small warning. You will hear aircraft taking off from time to time, because of the airport. But honestly the noise level was not bad at all. You are four minutes away from a nice little bakery, six and eight minute walk to two Lawson stores, a nine minute walk to a pachinko place(M's Garden), and a ten minute walk to Asahibashi Station (monorail) There are also a few places to grab a bite here and there. You just have to look, but they are there. Upon checking out and heading to my next destination in Okinawa, the staff was extremely courteous, going over everything about my stay and even brought my bags out to an awaiting taxi, and loaded them into the taxi for me. They thanked me very much for staying and wished me well on my trip. The staff do a great job on everything that I needed and things that I did not expect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and if I am back in Naha, I would stay here again. In a heart beat.

a good hotel but without beachThe hotel is not located close to any beach, nor close to mono rail, but is compensated by its good staff. Services overall is very good & pleasing. We stayed in March, not busy season, and thank you the hotel to grant our request; high floor & quiet. It ended up that we were given a corner room at the top floor with huge bathroom & a small sitting room, which is rare in most Japanese hotels. We did not try for their spa, which we think its their best selling services, and therefore cannot commend their spa. However we can still enjoy spa water in our own bathroom. We did our own foot spa in the bathtub, and it is really good & relaxing. The Spa Tower, understand, is a new wing and generally the cleaniness is well maintained. Though it is not close to monorail, 10-15 minutes to the closest, we enjoy it as some walking is good exercise after breakfast & dinner. Look for signs for small reastaurants along the main road to the monorail; some of these small eatouts, couples or family run, are much better than those big restaurants along the main road.

Enjoyed the stay - Hot Spa is awesome!I didnt go to pool but went to the Hot spa (onsen) each day during my 3-night stay. I loved it! The room is a good size, separate bathroom of each dress room, toilet, and bath tab area (washing area unlike unit bath). Our room is Superior Twin. I personally didnt like the view from the room, however. It was questionable observing the commercial area of the district.
