  Food needs improvement, clean the swimming pool!

  Stayed here for our team building, rooms were great. Big, spacious, with good quality pillows and linens. Bathroom and ac perfectly working. The downside is the food, really really needs improvement pls! The swimming pool was dirty as well, not just by loose leaves or dirt, but the water itself was turning to light green. It needs serious water treatment.

  Pretty decent

  We stayed here overnight booked the suite room for 6500php. It has 2 rooms one has the balcony facing the pool. 2 baths and living room with tv. Limited cable channels, limited choices for the buffet breakfast. Pretty old facilities not so well maintained but we didnt mind. Could have been improved. Very weak wifi signal. We went to check one of the twin/double rooms in the other building. The hallway smells like wet carpet. Friendly staff, the guard at the entrance is very courteous. We called the front desk at around midnight to request for additional mattress and the guys came immediately with our request. Good location to unwind and relax.

  Comfortable place to stay

  The people are great and they are nice to everyone , I wish I could go back and thank them. I love the spicy food . from Baguio city ,may 28-29 2017 Our date of check in room 214 . I enjoyed the taxi.

  LOHAS HOTEL Training experience

  This is a small hotel spa resort located inside Clark, Pampanga 30 minutes away from SM Pampanga Nice rooms with Good Ventilation Has a pool and sauna Unfortunately, the time we were there The staff were no where to be found during breakfast They just left the food there and was up to us to serve ourselves I guess the hotel was under staff.

  Will not stay here again

  We stayed here for 4days. The location is okay, there is a nearby convenience store and a few restaurants. The hotel itself is okay. It has traces of being a great place before, but it is a bit rundown now. What need to be improved is the service. We were there for a business conference and we had no standby waiters and IT staff. They would place the food at the back and we had to serve our participants ourselves. The sound system was not working, we requested for someone to assist us but it took to long and our activity was stalled so we decided to manipulate the equipment ourselves. We complained about this but still the food was placed at the back no staff was sent to assist us. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
