  Not worth the stay, go elsewhere

  Disappointed with the experience at Logosun and wondered what's with the raving reviews here. Booked a deluxe suite but was given a large double room with no suite whatsoever. Breakfast was included with the booking, but at check-in we were told the room covers only 1 breakfast and the other person has to be charged RMB50 extra for breakfast (plus breakfast was rather pathetic). No manager on-site to provide any explanation. Impossible to get a taxi outside the hotel which is far away from town, and 50 min. away from the airport. No doorman or staff would help with taxi hailing, so make sure you are ready to walk (and to fight with locals, literally) in search of a taxi. Housekeeping was not thorough; tea cups were left unwashed, carpet was stained everywhere; the list goes on. Despite the comparatively low price and attrative hotel pics, it is not worth the stay. Go elsewhere.

  Excellent, friendly hotel

  I stay at the Logosun Hotel in May for 4 nights; the room was lovely - very spacious and well equipped. I really appreciated the bottles of water and the tea making facilities which were replenished every day. The bathroom was spotless (yes, the frosted glass takes some getting used to) and the shower was roomy, powerful and hot. The laundry service was fast and efficient. I had breakfast there 3 mornings and did opt for toast and bacon which was lovely. The machine coffee was sweetened which was horrible but when I requested black coffee, I got some lovely filtered unsweetened coffee. I had dinner there one night - it was about twice the price of the local restaurants (which all close very early, about 9pm!) but the food was delicious. The porter was brilliant for loaning out umbrellas and hailing taxis for me (and for making sure that they knew where I wanted to go). All the staff were unfailing polite and friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

  Good location,

  The hotel price is reasonable,the hotel staff is friendly , except for the carpets in the room got to be steamed cleaned, got dirty stains all around the bed,if not this hotel will be well rated,

  nice hotel, could do with modernisation of technologies to keep pace

  In a very busy area of the city and on a major road, although you would not think so as it is very quiet inside and very relaxing. I had no trouble sleeping in this hotel, very comfortable room. Breakfast is a fantastic choice to start your day, no matter where in the world you are from. Only drawback I found in this hotel was the internet was appauling, it is the worst I have experienced apart from having none at all. The mod cons in the room could do with updating and the choice on TV is very poor. Staff are friendly and helpful, often difficult if you don't speak the local language but we seemed to muddle through it all and make ourselves understood.

  Good hotel in central Wuhan

  I stayed here whilst traveling on business recently. The hotel itself looks pretty good inside and the rooms are very nice. The hotel seems very dark inside. This is mostly because almost everything is black! The hotel was quiet and I got a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the reastaurant was not great though.
