  TOP notch service!!

  It was one of the best service Ive had from a hotel . The staff were amazingly helpful and above and beyond!! The loft was amazing , great rooms and view from the living area.. loved everything about it! Totally would recommend it to anyone!!

  Think twice before reservation

  We had planned a family ski trip and made a reservation of a three-day accommodation in Loft Niseko, with full payment before this trip. However, some parts of Hokkaido JR train (including Otaru to Oshamambe) were all-day suspended on March 9, the first day of accommodation, with risk of flooding on railway. It meant that we could not go to Niseko and did not know whether the train would be on service again or not another day. We only had to have cancellation of the accommodation, and, of course according the term of accommodation, we did not have any refund or able to have postponement. It was a disappointing, not a five star experience. We might go back to Niseko but Loft Niseko would not be the first choice next time.

  Stunning views!

  The style of these apartments is super cool. While there is plenty of luxury in Niseko, there are only a handful of properties like the Loft Niseko that have amazing views of Mt Yotei. All apartments feature an Nespresso coffee machine which is a "must have" for coffee lovers like me! Each apartment comes with a washing machine with an integrated dryer. While these kitchens are ample for preparing meals, in Niseko who needs them?! The location is brilliant and you are walking distance to all of the great restaurants of Hirafu. Perched on Middle Bluff the cliff between Middle and Lower Hirafu Village, all four Loft apartments enjoy unhindered views of Mt Yotei, the sleepy lower village and surrounding snowscape. Topping it off is the onsite concierge that is always on hand to take your skis, book restaurants and activities, or drive you to the lifts or around the village. Luxury!

  Highly recommended stay in Niseko with excellent service

  Stayed here for 4 nights in Dec 2019 with my family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The interior of the apartment was modern, yet filled with woody warm tones. We always looked forward to coming home after being out in the snow during the day. The apartment is well heated with a cosy fire place in the living room and sufficient heaters placed strategically around the apartment. During our 4 nights stay at the Loft there wasn't any thorough housekeeping scheduled, however we realised that their staff did come in to clear the trash and on 1 day housekeeping came in to pack the beds as well. The apartment also has a washer and dryer at the back of the kitchen, which I used a couple of times during our stay and had easy to understand instructions for use. Our stay at the Loft was made so much more comfortable and memorable by the best service provided by concierge team, which comprises of Jayde, Jake and Daniel. Their excellent service began more than a month prior to our arrival when Jayde contacted me via email. She assisted with all our restaurant bookings within Niseko, going the extra mile to visit one of the restaurants personally to book for us when she wasn't able to get them on the phone. Jayde was also provided suggestions and arranged for our 1-day itinerary with a private driver out of Niseko town, which turned out to be a perfectly enjoyable excursion for our family. During our stay at the apartment, the team was always on hand and available to provide assistance from replacing a spoiled Nespresso machine within a few hours to driving us to any location we requested (with at least 15 mins prior notice of course). No request was too much for them. They were readily contactable on the phone during our stay in Niseko. Would appreciate if the management could send my regards and compliments to Jayde, Jake and Daniel please. I would definitely stay at the Loft again when I visit Niseko next time. Highly recommended.

  I will go back to Loft Niseko

  If you are looking for a great Niseko experience Loft Niseko is the perfect place to stay. We stayed in a two bedroom to bath condo with our two adult children. It was roomie and nicely appointed. Kitchen was well stocked including coffee and tea and they kindly had breakfast ingredients for us upon our arrival. The views were fantastic! You could sit by the fire in the living room enjoying the view of Mt. Yotie. The location is also excellent with walking distance to bars, restaurants and ski shops. Truly what sets Loft Niseko apart from the rest is the concierge service. Jayde, Jake & Daniel were amazing! From driving us to and from the Gondola, restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping us get our ski equipment rented and returned, even taking me to the drug store to find cold medicine. I didn't know when I booked Loft Niseko that the concierge service was so superb but it truly made our experience exceptional. I highly recommend Loft Niseko.
