  Not what I expected for the price I payed.

  I stayed for 2 nights 3 days at the hotel. The rooms are very old. I asked for more blankets twice and I got towels instead. Poor service and didnt like the morning breakfast too. Too plain and simple for the price of an extra 200baht per person. The only thing I like was the park area in the back where you can exercise or go for a lovely walk and the play area for my daughter. Didnt like the pool where there are outsiders that comes and does swimming lessons in it. Dont think Ill be going back sorry to say.

  The "best hotel in town" nope

  Price are not that low for a really average quality... Rooms are clean... OK... But oldies... Common parts have really to be renewed... It's from "another age"... If you're coming by car and can afford to drive to the center prefer AU Place. For a lower budget Kings Hotel is right in the center, close by everything. Good point is the large swimming pool but... Only 6 long chairs around it AND... Swimming lessons given to child's from outside sometimes (far from quiet believe me! 4 to 6 youngs jumping in the water shouting and not carying about others swimming...) So we'll... Yes can stay there for few nights if you're not tooooo demanding and get the roll for a fair price.

  Good stay, however, room for improvement

  Room clean and pretty wide i. e. sufficient space available, basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and soap provided, fridge and hair dryer available, difficult to adjust temperature of water in the shower, no socket next to the bed for convenient phone charging, Juice served for breakfast was nectar i.e. sugar added, chicken and chicken fried rice had quite a dry taste, breakfast needs improvement to reach the four-star-rating of the hotel, No free pick-up service from bus terminal or airport, no scooter/motorcycle for rent, guests have to arrange transportation themselves.

  Relaxing stay in Loei

  Had two nights here following our climb of Phu Kradeung. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff courteous and the breakfast was good. Only downside was the excess charge for the weekend when the place was virtually empty!

  Great hotel for the price

  Check in was quick and easy, rooms were clean and spacious, location near town and park is great, breakfast buffet was very good, and best of all was the price. This is a sumptuous looking hotel with a very relaxed feel. Highly recommended.
