  Weird exterior, looks derelict! Good food, dire bathroom!

  We arrived at his hotel by coach as part of a touring group. We had some trouble finding it as from the road the hotel looks derelict. Even our coach driver looked concerned when we drew up. We were staying for two nights as a base for Milan. The front of the building is a restaurant with the hotel hiding at the back, very strange. Once we found out where to go check in was ok. We were in room 105. We had a very fancy bathroom with hydro massage showers but it was all calcified with jets going in all directions, and the drench shower like a hose pipe. Dinner was a set menu with us all sitting on one long table. Not very conducive to conversation. We had a bacon mushroom pasta starter, then some sort of meat, French beans and carrots, followed by lemon tart. The food was very nice and we ordered couple of G&Ts and there was lots of free water with very good service. We asked for a third G&T to take to our room but they had run out of tonic, they also ran out of local beer and had no Jack Daniels. The rooms very very hot and aircon wasn't available until 1 June but they did provide large standing fans. Wifi was free and secure.

  it was not a nice stay at all

  The hotel is not well maintained one. It was old fashioned hotel,needs to be refreshed urgently. Terrible breakfast and location which cannot offer any restaurants nearby. Hotel does not offer lunch and dinner either. Hotel personnel were friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

  Stayed overnight as part of a Shearings tour

  The hotel looks so derelict from the outside that we didn't want to get off the coach. The hotel looked a bit better once we got inside and our room was clean enough although very outdated. The window had some sort of solid, black metal screen covering it which we could not open and this made us feel as if we were in prison! Dinner was abysmal and breakfast grim. There was a bar but one had to call loudly in Italian in order to get someone to come and serve, and the bar stocked very little indeed. The hotel is not situated close to any ameneties, there was a co-op across the road but it being Sunday the shop was closed and by the time it opened again on Monday morning we had left the hotel. This is, apparently, a four star hotel - ho it got this rating is inconceivable, would give it one star, two at a push.

  Hotel in need of renovation

  The exterior of the hotel is very bad. It look like it was abandoned ten years ago. The room is quite clean but not fresh. Bathroom is clean and shower seems to be not that old. Very modest when it comes to shower gel etc. The television is I believe the smallest I've ever seen showing only Italian channels. Breakfast is ok but at lowest range. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Claudio y Mariela salvan el lugar, lo demás a mejorar!

  No hay servicio de toallas, el candado para el locker (el cual es pésimo en seguridad) te lo quieren cobrar 3.5 . El pago es solo en efectivo, otra falta de respeto hacia el cliente, ojo te suman 3 por día (un impuesto al turismo) tiene un jardín esta bueno y la ubicación no es tal mala
