  Nice enough but not amazing

  Whilst check in (at the pub next door) was smooth and the room was fine, we found there were afew things that took the shine off of our stay. First of all, there was no reception as the pub was closed in the morning when we had some questions. Also, breakfast was poor. It was a bag with a couple of pastries, a cereal bar, an orange (provided with no means of eating it) and a carton of juice. There was a funny alarm that kept going off on the door to our room. Housekeeping knocked three times to clean our room when we hadnt checked out. If a tag for the door was provided to say that we didnt want housekeeping yet then this wouldnt be a problem.

  Stylish hotel but service needs work

  Decent hotel, but service is quite poor on reception/adjoining restaurant. Also, our room seemed to have little soundproofing as we were rudely awoken by next door in the early hours, closing bathroom door helped but shouldn't be needed.

  Part of a Paultons Break

  Stayed in the hotel as part of a Paultons park deal. The hotel was better than expected. The rooms were big for the family and clean. Check in was easy at the bar next door. The breakfast grab bags were a nice touch considering the Covid pandemic. No complaints at all.

  Not worth the money

  We thankfully got the room at a discounted rate. Bed was broken, staff unhelpful, rather unclean during the Covid times. Paid extra for balcony room but all of the extra facilities were absent. Wouldnt revisit.

  Great stay!

  We stayed after a long day at peppa pig world. We booked in advanced with a great rate through booking.com we wanted the flexibility to cancel in these uncertain times. We stayed as a family with 3 children so booked two interconnecting rooms. The rooms were a great size ,very clean, lovely big power shower, really comfy beds ! We forgot to book dinner in the restaurant in advance but we managed to get a table just for drinks for an hour before heading up to our room for room service dinner which was lovely ! We shared the nachos and they were so good and big portion sizes! Breakfast in the morning was plentiful for continental with a friendly waitress... All in all a great stay Im glad we made the trip over to the hotel after paultons oark (its about 30 mins ).
