  Went on all inclusive with Crystal. There is nothing bad about the hotel or service, in fact I was very pleased with both. Very friendly staff, plenty of good food. This was an all inclusive holiday, so all drinks (3pm - 9pm) included, and also a packed lunch if you wanted it. Room was cleaned each day with fresh towels, and there was an amazing wellness centre. The room was basic, but had everything you could need - no tea of coffee facilities, but these were free in the bar anyway. It is a 3 start hotel, but don't let this put you off - it was really very good. The bar was very friendly, and in fact had a great vibe amongst the majority of the guest. Made some nice friends. There was a free bus provided by the hotel to take you too and from resort at the start and end of each day, but you could walk it in 10 mins (not with boots on mind). If you book your equipment with Crystal, the bus stops almost next to the hire shop, which was very efficient. We hired a double locker for only 15 Euros each for the week, which was great value for money. There was great snow and virtually no queuing, although it is considered an off peak week. Bars in the evening were generally quiet, little apres ski, with the exception of the magic pub. All in all, a very big THANK YOU to everyone at the hotel, who helped to make it such a brilliant and good value for money holiday.

  Excellent base for a skiing holiday

  Booked a late deal with Crystal Ski. The all inclusive deal was excellent value. An unexpected plus was meeting other like-minded holidaymakers as people went back to the hotel immediately after skiing and remained there all evening, chatting happily about the pistes they had skied. My partner was able to share some runs with them while I went to ski school. The minibus ferried us to and from the resort and only took 5 minutes, ensuring we always arrived in time for an 8.55 am ski school start. The food was fine. Ample portions for breakfast and dinner, plus a simple packed lunch each day. There were two special evening meals, too, following Italian traditions. It was easy to eat vegetarian if you preferred. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Would definitely visit again.

  Friendly hotel near to beautiful slopes

  Very lovely place with nice view, comfortable and perfectly clean rooms (really wow), with amazing food (!!!) and kind people. The wellness center is highly sufficient and the bus shuttle provided by the hotel is ok.

  An Amazing week

  Just came back from a Brilliant ski holiday, staying at the Locanda Locari hotel. All the staff were amazing and hard working The manager, Francesco and Rosina, at reception were very friendly and quick to sort out any hiccups. Restaurant and Bar run by the very competent Dario, Michelangelo, and Francesca. Basic rooms, with everything you need, but ultra clean with fresh towels and linen regularly. We were all inclusive and the selection of beer/ wine/ spirits including limoncello was Very Good with no service problem. The food was delicious, and plentiful, served in the restaurant with white tablecloths. Lots of choice for buffet breakfast, with amazing croissants. There is a boot room for your skis if you wanted but we chose to get lockers near the ski lifts and enjoy the daily 12 min walk in to the resort. There was a hotel shuttle to use. In fact the guys would Always stop and ask us if we wanted a lift if they saw us walking. The wellness centre was really lovely with a pretty relaxing lit ceiling in steam room, 2 saunas and emotional showers. (these were colour showers with floral or peppermint fragrances) All included in our stay. Just check time with reception. We used practically every day after skiing and felt great the next morning Needless to say the snow and bluebird days were good to us. All in all a Fabulous week. We are missing it already.   Lovely stay, would definitely return

  We stayed as a family in a large triple room last week of February. The hotel is simple but super clean. Rooms serviced every day. Good breakfast although juice terrible! Coffee very good though. 2 boys in the restaurant outstanding, fantastic. Francesca in the bar (and multi tasking e every where else it seemed) did a brilliant job. Owner always on hand very pleasant chap. Minibus great in morning, a bit more difficult to work out after that. Very nice spa area on lower level. Decent ski room. Dinner good and plentiful , enjoyed the Italian evening!!! Keep up the good work we will be back. Thank you from the family from Portugal.
