  Service Exceeding A Five Star Rating

  Our room had a magnificent view of the glaciers and was very clean and fresh. The food was excellent and we had to make a conscious effort to limit our consumption. But I want to share a story of truly legendary service. We were scheduled to participate on a hike with Paul. However it was raining and Paul suggested that we drive to a different part of the area to do some sightseeing instead. The excursions were interesting and provided insight into the local history. However, I left my raincoat in a restaurant and did not discover this until returning to the Hotel at the end of the day. Paul called the coffee shop and told the owner that we would drive there tomorrow to pick it up. The drive would take 95 minutes and we planned on leaving early so we would have time for a hike. Imagine my surprise when we came down to dinner and I found my raincoat placed on my chair. Paul and driven back to the restaurant and picked up my coat for us. He said he didn't want us to have to use our vacation day to backtrack for the coat! This story is an example of how the staff cares for its guests.

  Relaxing, invigorating, refreshing

  A week at this beautiful, friendly hotel set in amazing scenery is a completely rejuvenating experience. The air is so pure, the facilities are amazing and the friendliest, most helpful staff I have every met.

  Wonderful Wellness in the Stubaital

  What a wonderful hotel this is. A really helpful and friendly team is there to help you make your stay as pleasant as possible. Surrounded by mountains and a super view of the Stubaigletcher made it so easy to relax. In the Spa we enjoyed various relaxing massages, in the wellness, the saunas and the heated outdoor pool were super relaxing and the culinary experience was also true joy. Highly recommended to recharge the batteries:-)

  Ski trip

  With 3 friends booked this hotel for a early season long weekend skiing. We are very positive surprised. Amazing food, great service and excellent relaxing areas. The hotel offers pick up service from Innsbruck

  A wonderful stay in June 2020

  We were two couples in our twenties and stayed for 7 nights in a double room with panorama view. Our stay was everything we dreamed of and more. Most of the rooms, the public areas, as well as the SPA have recently been refurbished. The service was great, everyone speaks German as well as English and is very attentive (Lea, Klaudia, Tom). Lukas was our server for most of the meals and made sure our stay was very special. His service is personalised and genuine, we really enjoyed his presence. The hotel offers countless activities day in and out, and the Stubai Card included in your stay ensures you have access to the entire Stubai area free of charge and offers great discounts at various locations. From guided hiking tours, guided e-bike tours, and yoga classes to mini golf and evening presentations of the Stubaital, we were not able to do everything we wanted in a seven nights stay. We will definitely return soon and recommend the Edelweiss to everyone looking to get the best experience in Stubai at a very fair price!! Thank you again to the entire team from rooms 105 & 302.
