Good stay!Had a good stay even if it was just one night. Friendly staff, good central position within walking distance from everything interesting, super quiet environment. Towels, toiletries, hairdrier, air conditioner all provided. Nothing especially fancy but perfect for just staying over at a very reasonable price!

Nice and quiet hotel.Located in what seems like a bar street, i quite like the location for its proximity to nearby shopping areas. Strangely enough, it was quite quiet in the evenings. I would come back again definitely!

Dingy hotel for the priceI definitely would not recommend this hotel for family stay. It is located in a crowded "entertainment" area near Kannai station, there were many people loitering about, some of them drunk. the room was very small and the hotel looks old from outside and inside as well. No breakfast was included too. I would never come to this hotel again! There are better business hotel out there.

Good Value, but I wouldn't repeatWhere do I start. This was the scariest hotel I've stayed in Japan. It works (sleep, shower, wifi) and it's a bargain if you really just need a place to sleep. It's next to the main Isezakicho Street which isn't the prettiest, but has a lot of good cheap eats! I saw the $19/night price and I have never seen a hotel that cheap. Crappy capsule hotels go for that price. I booked it right away and learned that $40-50 is the sweet spot for a safe/clean hotel on a budget. I started laughing as I got off the bus and was surrounded by adult entertainment. There were signs saying "Girl School #2" or "40/50s ladies" and I'm sure they weren't actually schools. Don't worry, it's totally safe. I just rolled my luggage through many touts welcoming men into their establishments. They don't bug you. The immediate location of the hotel is in the red light district, but if you walk 1 min, you'll be where everyone else is. So location is bad, but good. The hotel was dark. You'll know what I mean as soon as you walk into the hotel. I felt like I walked into some nightclub from the 80s. Lights were flickering. No joke. The hotel desk was manned by someone that works at a pachinko shop, but they are professional and do what is needed. Cleaning lady was nice in the morning. Old keys for old doors. I was really scared when the elevator door opened and it was a dark hallway. The room smelled old or it used to be a smoking room at one time but it's clean. Older bathroom, older carpet, but it works. AC doesn't have temperature settings, just has Strong or Weak. Shower doesn't have temperature settings so just fiddle with it. They accept late checkout for 1000 yen which lets you stay until 12pm. Overall, it's stayable. I think I would pay the extra $10-20/night more to stay somewhere nicer though.
