  Would like to give a shout out to Leeta for her help in comping our room stay at the players club do to the fact we lost out car keys and did a frantic search of the casino with no results. Contacted AAA and they were able to come out to resort and make a new set of keys for our return trip home but due to time restrictions they gave us and extra comp night to get things done. Thanks again for all your kindness and help with this matter, looking forward to visit again soon. Kelly Edwards & Myrna Sampson.

  we booked a 2 room suite 1/5/21 for 1 night and were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay another night. When we called down to reservations the lady at the desk was very rude as we had a couple questions such as availability for pool time the next day so we decided to wait until morning to deal somebody else as she was very rude. we called down first thing in the next day and the lady said yes we could extend 1 night and stay in our same room but i had to come down to check in as they would need my card again, not even 15min later i arrived at check in to be told sorry we booked the room you were in, and they cant hold the room even for you to get dressed and walk down stairs. I was very upset but i believe her name was amber was very accommodating and got us into a family suite and helped make the transition easy even know we didn't wanna change rooms. I checked my account today and they billed us for 3 nights so i called and the same rude lady answered, i asked to talk to a manager and was told i am the manager, i explained to her i was billed for 3 nights when we only booked 1 night and extended it 1 night so 2 total. Her reply was no you booked 3 nights and no showed for the 3rd, i asked her if i booked 3 nights why would i check out after 2? she replied because you decided to no show which isnt my problem. as long as STE****** works there i will not be visiting this casino and advise anyone who has to deal with her beware

  Terrible

  After spending a large amount of money I somehow misplaced my wallet probably left it on a machine I had just come back in from outside so there was only a short period of time where I could have lost it maybe 30 minutes I immediately went to security and told them which happened to be at closing time they were very unhelpful and rude they told me to wait outside because I didn't have my ID and they would have security check on the cameras I waited out front for over an hour I had to call into the casino three times to get an answer out of them after waiting that whole time outside nobody that I called on security had any idea what I was talking about and when I finally got somebody on the phone who did they told me that they're findings were inconclusive and the security person that I spoke to hung up on me after being incredibly rude I am appalled as the overall lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff at this casino I spent a reasonable amount of money and was respectful and polite the entire time not to mention I am a veteran of the United States army and I was treated as if they not only didn't care but treated me as if I had done something wrong I'm not sure that I've ever been treated so incredibly rude by anyone in a professional type setting let alone by not one not two but three different people I absolutely will never be attending this casino again and I suggest that if anyone wants to be treated with even a basic minimum level of respect for human beings then they not attend this casino

  Covid measures appreciated

  Thankful they take the higher and probably more difficult road when it comes to enforcing covid measures. Its why we will be coming back. Last week at Snoqualmie in an already cramped casino patrons were playing with masks down unlit smokes in there hand to skirt the rules or just had no mask..and nothing. The security guards have disappeared as well. How fun is it to win some money or have a decent time trying on a night out if the trade off is getting unnecessarily exposed to covid bc the establishment takes the easy way regarding it ...I say thanks for caring.

  It was awful I was charged taxes and fees on top of the room rate. Will never go there again. I was making calls for days try to dealing with over charging and terrible customer service. And Tribes don't pay taxes and yet i was charged taxes along with fees.
