  Holiday stay

  We didnt pay top dollar or the bottom dollar and we got what we paid for. We would have paid more for WiFi however it wasnt available, the rooms had some rubbish from previous people but that was easy enough to fix. The location was excellent and the views are spot on.

  Very odd

  A hard place to review I will be honest. I really love Currumbin and have been travelling with my family from Brisbane to the Gold Coast for years and I will be honest and say that Little Cove baffled me. The location is fabulous, directly across from the inlet and the property itself is beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. From there it gets a bit weird. No free wifi. At all. For a four star rated property, to have no free wifi is unacceptable. It costs $35 a day if you do want it which is totally nuts. When questioned, the managers stated its a family holiday location, so you shouldnt need it. Next was their policy on TVs in the apartments which limited their use to one at a time - I kid you not. Two other small strange things were that the property managers office only opened at 2pm and there was no recycling bins available; I was really not comfortable putting recyclable material into general waste bins. In a market that provides almost limitless options for accommodation at the gold coast, Little Cove certainly didnt distinguish themselves as a location I would visit again or recommend to others.

  Incredible views and location, beautifully maintained

  We stayed 3 weeks (after only intending to stay one!) at Little Cove, the views of the creek and Currumbin Alley surf beach are so incredible, and right across the road so very accessible (down a steep flight of stairs, or you can walk a few hundred metres along footpath to reach beach from Currumbin Alley if stairs are an issue). Lovely quiet unit complex of mostly owner occupiers, everything is very well maintained and our unit was modern and very clean, and nicely furnished. The managers Jo and Tom are so helpful, and quickly respond to any queries or issues (we had a lightbulb go and they fixed it immediately). Pool is heated in winter if the beach is too cold. Highly recommended.

  Great location and outlook

  Awesome location and view. Large appartments with loads of storage and room. Great facilities. Resort has a nice feel. Easy check in and check out. The room is fairly dated however was comfortable and suited our family. Will definitely stay again.

  Beautiful apartment but odd ends

  We booked this appartement because it was the best value for our budget. We end up paying more than the price on the bookings site. We paid $985 for 3 nights instead of $880. We booked for 6 adults and 2 kids but there was not enough beds. We had to pay $35 for an extra single bed (per night) which was just a mattress on the floor and not even a blanket with it. When we asked for Wi-Fi they pulled a face and said it's difficult but possible if we pay extra. Not having Wi-Fi is not a problem if you are from Australia but I had family from overseas who didn't have an Australian sim card yet. Another obstacle was parking space. We only had one space available but obviously with a booking for 8 people we didn't all came in one car. On the bright side: The apartment was big, nice and clean with a beautiful view of the lagoon.
