  We went to their site to book a December vacation at the resort and they booked us at another golf resort. When we checked in, they explained we are staying at a completely different property that they work with. We were in a timeshare that had a beautiful view but the condo was well worn. Paint peeling, bedroom and bathroom fans didnt work. TV didnt work in the living room either. They didnt even have a compete starter kit like dish soap. They brought it at 10:45 pm...we called at 6:40 pm. We called again the next night and asked for an extra kitchen bag from the representative at the front desk. She said we only provide you with one and the way she said it was less than professional and clearly we were inconveniencing her evening. Very disappointed in the property and very disappointed in the customer service. I expect helpful assistance and kind answers when I stay at a resort of this caliber. Not happy.

  A nice getaway

  Lovely one bedroom condo for the price of a hotel room. Full kitchen, living room, balcony overlooking lagoon. Two DVD rentals included. And the walks on the beach were free! Off season rates made this a bargain.

  Not what I expected!

  My husband and I rented a condo for a long weekend to check on our property being renovated and to look at other condos for sale. When we arrived late Wednesday afternoon the condo was like a refrigerator. The electrical heat was finally repaired the next morning. The repair technician told us that all of the heating and air units on the roof were being disconnected for roof replacement. That explained the loud sporadic hammering the next two days. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. The carpet was worn and stained. When I wiped up a spill of water on the kitchen tile , the paper towel was dark with dirt. The refrigerator ice maker was not working, until my husband fixed it. Therefore we had no ice the first night. There did not seem to be any quality checks.

  Valentines weekend getaway

  Our stay was phenomenal even if the weather did not cooperate! It was a rainy cold weekend unlike any in recent history across most of the US. However our pristine condo was adorably decorated with incredible views of the ocean. And it was evident that they took the time to follow current cleaning and disinfecting guidelines appropriately! We opened our balcony door a couple of times just to listen to the waves! The staff was always supportive with any request! We had access to free movie rentals which helped pass the time. The indoor heated pool was fantastic as well! Having a Starbucks and restaurant on site is incredibly convenient. Overall our much needed getaway was fantastic and we will definitely be back soon!

  Beautiful Oasis

  My wife and I have been visiting Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort for many years. We love the place. It is a wide variety of villa options. The grounds are always beautiful and manicured. Simply walking the resort is a peaceful pleasure. There are many dining and shopping destinations available, although a drive to Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach takes at least 30 minutes.
