  10km from Town... What they are selling is not 100% accurate

  It was a good half hour away from Prachuap Khiri Khan train station and a 200-300 Baht ride. It is seriously in the middle of no where... We were so excited to stay at this hotel and we picked it based on the style, which was nice, but what they are advertising is a bit farfetched. We were hugely disappointed. There isn't even a convenience store close by to purchase supplies or food vendor to eat at, and the restaurant is overpriced. But the food was good. Not the breakfast! They offer you bikes to hire, but seriously - its a 10km ride to town and considering how far away it is, they really should be free. There arent even any tuk tuks around, they dont come this far!!! The beds are rock hard, the rooms are small, and they only give you one key. So when you take the key out, the fridge stops working too The pool and gym are across the road in another building, so nowhere near their beach. But there are some nice beach chairs to lay on in front of the beach, We paid over a 100 AUD , which was way too much. We ended up leaving this hotel 2 days early, losing money, but we could not wait to get out of there! Prachuap KhiriKhan is a great town with lots to offer and great seafood. But stay somewhere much closer to town

  Beautiful location

  Lovely location, friendly staff. The resort is new so everything is in good shape including the bathroom. The zen rooms are a bit small but the location of the resort is right on the beach. We stayed on a full moon night so the view was just amazing. Staff was very helpful in getting us set up near the sea and serving us food. Definitely recomendded although slightly overpriced but maybe because I went on a long weekend.

  Perfect place to recharge your energy.

  Excellent service! Friendly staffs. I went to check out a new building. It was nice, modern and cozy with a large pool. The beach is very quite, clean and private, perfect place to recharge your energy. 5-10 min car or motorcycle ride to a local market and 24-7 grocery, which is not too far at all. Also the area is still authentic and very local.

  It's more suit to people who wants to visit Wa Ko Science Park

  It's located close to Wa Ko Science Park (full name is "Phrachomklao Na Wa Ko Prachuap Khirikhan Science Park") about 2.4 km. So it's more suit to people who wants to visit that place. Nearby area is an old fisheries town so I don't think it's actually a tourist area. Anyway, nowadays some people may want to join some events (marathon day or bike day) nearby so they may want to stay closes to the activity. Or else, there's nothing much to do. And as some travelers said, you cannot find anything within walking distance (no shops, convenient store, restaurant etc.). So it's best fit to people with their own private transportation (i.e. Thais with their own cars). About the hotel itself, I found the room is smaller than what I expected. But I found that service in general is OK (for local 2 stars resort). Anyway, if you look at the price you have to pay, you can consider this place as really expensive! But to be fair, many resorts around this area are overpriced. Breakfast (free) were good and you can choose between various options (congee, american breakfast etc.).

  Disappointed

  Its rund down place not worth anything close to the rate they charge per night. Maintenance obviously not within the vocabulary of the management. Staff tried hard. Restaurant drinks menu offered several spirits by glass with correspondingly price, but all not available to get by glass although priced. Staff tried to sell only bottles. All in all very disappointing.
