Spotlessly clean, comfortable & welcoming B&BAttending a friends 40th Birthday at a nearby country pub, we were delighted to have chosen Linden B&B as our accommodation for the night. My husband had originally booked an old country Inn nearby but the bad reviews got me worried so we had a rethink and found Linden - thank goodness, as I think we swapped a potentially stressful experience for a perfect one! We were greeted on arrival with tea & biscuits in the living room overlooking Sue & Mikes beautiful garden and then shown to our lovely room called Elm which also overlooked the garden and fields beyond as far as the eye could see. They really have thought of everything you could possibly need, huge comfortable super king size bed, spotlessly clean & well-designed shower-room, really nice toiletries, mineral water by the bed, tea tray with fresh coffee bags, high quality teabags, fresh milk on request and home made lemon shortbread biscuits - yum! Flatscreen TV, lovely bedding & fluffy towels were the icing on the cake. We were given our room key + front door key which meant we had the freedom to go and enjoy our night and come back whenever suited. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before from a tick-list with lots of options (including vegetarian) and there is a good selection of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt to enjoy before a freshly cooked breakfast is served. The jam is homemade and available to buy & take home We enjoyed chatting with our fellow guests who had also been at an event the night before, and we all agreed that wed found a real B&B gem. I know this is a long review, but as former accommodation business owners ourselves, its just such a delight to find somewhere that is so beautifully run with such genuine care & concern. It goes without saying we would highly recommend!

Great place in semi-rural NorfolkLovely B&B, Super king bed (could be twin i think) with great views over surrounding countryside. Lovely garden with places to sit. Comfy beds, good shower although slight loss of power when room next door were also using. Fridge to use and glasses available in the dining room, guest lounge with larger TV including Sky TV. Breakfast cooked to order (you have to choose the night before - but not preferred). Lovely food, fresh fruit and plenty of cereal and toast. 8 mins walk to The Ffolkes Arms where you can get good food and there are often events. Other places to eat within a short drive. Spotlessly clean with neutral decor. Mike and Sue do everything they can to make you welcome. Need a car to get around as in semi rural area. Near Sandringham with its lovely walks, close to the north Norfolk coast.

What a pleasure!!Wow, what an absolute pleasure staying at Linden B&B this weekend. The nicest hosts Ive ever met, very kind and accommodating. The house was absolutely immaculate, every detail just perfect. The room had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was such pleasure with big selection of homemade jams! And a perfect location for what we needed, a short drive from Sandringham! All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and would (and will) recommend it to everyone!

Just OutstandingWhat a beautiful place, wonderful owners, amazing food and attention to detail is just perfect. Right from the initial booking, the owners got in touch with details on how to find them and an offer of evening supper when we arrived which was brilliant because it solved a problem. The directions were brilliant and we found the house really easily. The greeting was lovely. We were shown up to our room with a great view of the Norfolk countryside. The room was laid out beautifully with home made biscuits, a lovely tea and coffee selection and a teapot too! There was also a little pack of toiletries including sanitisers. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower can be started by a remote button so it is warm when you step in! Molton Brown is the choice of bathroom toiletries and it smells divine. Supper was a most amazing cheese ploughman's with home made chutney, and if that wasn't enough, followed up by the most delicious home made cakes. Needless to say we have bought some chutney to take home! Our sleep was so restful and peaceful. The owners laid out our breakfast outside on request and we had a choice of so many options. We chose fruit, granola and yoghurt and then a good English breakfast. The standard was just so high, and the scrambled eggs, wow! After breakfast we went on a stroll and the lady owner gave us directions of a nice walk and it really was lovely. Such an amazing price for such an outstanding place, this level of attention to details and service I would have probably expected to pay twice the amount we have done. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, stop scrolling! This is it!

Splendid bed and breakfastWe spent 3 nights at this lovely bed and breakfast to meet up with our daughters who were staying in Heacham, a 20 minute drive away and Sandringham only 3miles away. The hosts Mike and Sue were welcoming throughout our stay....the house is spotlessly clean, we stayed in the Elm bedroom which is one of three bedrooms that are let out. It has a large very comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows with views over the large well kept garden. The bedroom has an en-suite shower, the shower having a device that warms the water before getting in...what luxury! Complimentary molton brown toiletries were in the room. The breakfast was pre ordered the night before and was freshly cooked and of a high standard. There was a lovely lounge for residents use and the large garden had plenty of comfortable seating areas. We stayed just after the Coronavirus lockdown and felt totally safe, everything had been sanitised and our hosts wore ppe when cooking and serving breakfast, the rooms were not serviced whilst we were there to keep contact to a minimum although upon request the room would be serviced. One of the best bed and breakfasts that we have stayed at.
