    Shady location,

    They had a mix-up with my reservation and they claimed that I had booked two rooms, even if I only had booked one. Solving out this took way longer than accepted for receptionist on duty. We got a room on the 9th floor of the building and there is an elevator only to 7th floor, so we needed to carry all luggage two floors up. This wasn't a big deal for us being young and fit, but could be an issue for other guests. Breakfast offerings weren't up to the standard for a western traveller (e.g. the worst croissants I've ever tasted) and most breakfast items were tasteless. Hot breakfast items were slightly warm at their best. Breakfast room staff during our visit behaved rudely and were completely disinterested in what they did. Despite having competitive prices, Lime hotel isn't good value.

    Don't recommend

    AC was not working in our room. Breakfast was always same with no change at all. Egg was soggy and food had no taste at all. Staff was very rude and arrogant specially one lady named Ms Raya who misbehaved with us. I will not recommend it to anyone. It was one shady hotel.

    Scam Hotel - AVOID!!!

    Booked for the world cup, arrived at 2am to find that they had 'double booked' our room so we couldn't stay there. There were around 20 other people in the lobby that they had done the same too and more were turning up by the minute. Their solution was to send us in a taxi, FORTY minutes away (bear in mind we had booked this hotel because it was close to the football stadium) to some random hotel, that was supposedly connected. We had been given no information as to where this hotel was, what the accommodation was like or how this would affect out booking. Forty minutes later, after driving down a motorway for the most part we arrive at a desolate closed community hotel. The place was not even finished being built. It was a building site for the most part with loads of labourers working around the hotel. The front of house staff could speak little English so our details regarding the stay were extremely vague and by all means confusing. As we had no other alternative and it had already reached 4am we had no choice but to stay there (hilariously they did offer us a free breakfast as compensation..). The next day it came to light that everyone had been shipped to this hotel who originally booked at Lime Hotel. The scandalous thing being it still said there were rooms available online. NO apology, NO refund, NO explanation. I've never known such incompetent handling of a situation and frankly outlandish offer of alternate accommodation. Had it not been for the fact that we were up early to sort stuff out for the football I would have had a lot more to say but unfortunately there were more pressing issues than accommodation at the time. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - I can only urge others not to book here as it was clearly a scam to send football fans to a half built hotel whilst paying full price through their website. This may have only been active whilst the world cup was on but people who are willing to do such outrageous business should not be rewarded with your custom. Thanks for an awful experience Lime Hotel :)

    Stay Away

    Meant to stay here on the day of the World Cup finals, with a confirmed booking- they turned us away. Offered to put us up at a hotel which was 60km away from the city center. Absolute scam!! Place looked nothing like in the pictures, and every one else reviews kind off tells you the same thing!

    Muy mal servicio

    Separé la habitación, como cualquier otro alojamiento que siempre suelo hacer, me fijé en todo, hice la reserva y llegamos normal, al día siguiente me dicen que no nos corresponde desayuno por el precio de oferta, lo cual me pareció un atropello, puesto que en todo el proceso de reserva en ningún lado dice o expresa que el precio no incluye desayuno, por el contrario decia en alguna parte disfruta de una fabuloso desayuno. Hice el reclamó y nadie me dio solución, por el contrario un traductor a medias, me dijo en presencia de mi amigo, que están haciendo estas ofertas por el mundial del fútbol y que están aprovechando la temporada, pero yo no entendí como vincularlo con la inclusión o no inclusión del desayuno, les mostré el proceso que hice de reserva, el correo de confirmación de reserva donde no hay en ningún lado que diga está tarifa no incluye desayuno y recibí indiferencia total. Ahora comprendo los comentarios y calificación que tiene este hotel. Posteriormente estando alojados por no toparme con nadie del hotel, estaba incómodo porque nadie siquiera me pidió disculpas por si fue un error de ellos no consignar que la tarifa no cubre el desayuno, ya no hice reclamos como por ejemplo que salíamos en el día y al regreso en la noche encontrábamos la puerta abierta los 3 días que estuvimos alojados en este hotel 4 estrellas, es decir con la puerta empalmada, gracias a Dios no se perdió nada de nuestras cosas, pero una total decepción en esta estancia.
