Equipo de futbol
Vine aqui con mi equipo de futbol aleman para pasar una seman intensa de entrenamientos. El hotel esta genial, las habitaciones muy comodas y las instalaciones son fantasticas tanto para entrenar, como si vienes de vacaciones. El servicio muy amable y la limpieza impoluta. El servicio de buffet es muy bariado y buenisimo. Totalmente recomendado.

Opnion sobre el hotel y los empleados
Hola, hemos tenido un incidente con este hotel por culpa de la agencia Logtravel España ( los cuales no recomiendo a nadie) y en cuanto al hotel, espcial mención a Agustin, una persona muy amabale, atenta y educada que nos ha intentado ayudar desde el principio preocupándose por nuestro caso sin nada a cambio, mientras que uno de los responsables de la recepción (Hasanali) lo unico a que se ha dedicado a hacer es hablarnos de una manera totalmente inaceptable como si fuera superior a todos cosa que ningún cliente aceptaría sea cual sea la situación. También mencionar a Maher(responsable de calidad) un chico muy educado y atento a que sus clientes estén contentos y a gusto. Después del mal trago que hemos tenido por culpa de este incidente, el hotel nos ha ofrecido una cena gratis en uno de sus restaurantes de lujo lo cual se nos fue anunciado por otro responsable de recepción (Ramazan) un chico muy sonriente y quien nos pidió disculpas por todo lo ocurrido. Dicho todo esto, creo que tendrían que valorar y compensar a las personas que hacen que los clientes se sientan a gusto en su hotel como en nuestro caso hizo Agustin, que si hoy estamos pasando bien nuestras vacaciones es gracias a el y darle una formación a Hasanali de cómo tratar con los clientes. A parte de todo lo mencionado, recomiendo este hotel sobre todos los niveles, limpieza, ambiente, calidad, muy bueno!

Nina y Asur muy buenas personas siempre estuvieron ahí para ayudarnos , instalaciones buenas comida mejorable y la wifi muy mala pero calidad precio pienso que es buena los campos de fútbol bastante buenos

Okay...
I visited this hotel in August 2020 after many changes to our holiday due to Covid we finally set on our holiday to Turkey after changing dates and destination. I had previously visited Limak Arcadia back in 2014 so thats the reason for choosing this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the amazing greenery that the hotel have always made look amazing since last coming to this hotel. Our room was situated to the left of the reception in one of the free standing blocks. When unpacking we did notice the room was very dark and had little to no sunlight due to a big tree covering. We asked to be moved and they moved us to the opposite side and that was perfect. We noticed the hotel is very sparse with English people, we found little English people to communicate with, the hotel is mainly Russian guests. This did feel very isolating due to our English nature to want to talk to people. You would often find very rude guests pushing past you in the restaurant, I often seen children spitting on the floor with no control of their parents, and awful looks when you walk past from other guests. Obviously this is at no fault of the hotels. Just a shame that some people can be so rude! From listening to entertainment staff they advised usually the hotel has a lot more English people visiting in non covid times but this hotel is popular for Russians. The WI-FI in the hotel was awful! Different parts of your room it wouldnt work and would often stop working in the whole of the hotel for several hours even in the main areas like the reception, pool or bar area! I would often use my mobile data which was awful too and very expensive! The rooms are very dated! Not been changed since I last visited in 2014! And you can tell these rooms have had 0 upkeep or modernisation! Paint cracking, dusty furniture, broken/chipped furniture. You would come in from the balcony with black feet from the dust. I know the main hotel block above the reception has been modernised but the other free standing blocks are way behind the times and really need to be updated. The cleaning in this hotel was awful! Even if this wasnt a pandemic! Layers of dust in the room in light shades, TV, balcony etc... You can tell the cleaners just change the sheets and towels and clean the main floor in the room. The hotel have adapted a really good approach to covid at the restaurants by using bar matts that say clean or not clean, so you know if that table has been cleaned. You would struggle to find a clean table, most tables were occupied or full of dirty plates. Many waiters in the restaurant would just clear the table and switch the bar Matt over to say cleaned. On to a more positive, the entertainment staff were amazing! Really made the holiday! From the amazing shows to them just generally talking to us and making the experience for us. On the night times this would be a downward spiral to Boredom! The main show would be around 9pm after the kids show, these shows were great! Mamma Mia. Micheal Jackson, comedy shows! Once the show had finished you might aswell go to bed! Nothing much goes on afterwards! A quiet acoustic singer to send you to sleep! One night they had a karaoke night which made our holiday! I dont understand why the hotel dont do this more often! Everyone was up out there chairs dancing and joining in on the karaoke! There was a nightclub by the beach which would open around 11pm but there wasnt many people who would go there! You would often find 2-5 people in the night club as its not promoted enough! Its a shame the hotel dont improve the night entertainment as they have the ways to do this but just dont seem to bother. The food was ok! Nothing special and usually had the same choices on every night! The food would be often very bland and not much choice! If your into the traditional English breakfasts etc this isnt the hotel for you. Often times would walk out the restaurant and want a piece of fruit to take out and upon picking up a orange or nectarine, it would be caked in mould! The chef would just look at me and shrug his shoulders. Overall I felt my stay at the hotel was very average! The hotel hasnt changed much since I last visited in 2014, which at the time the Limak Arcadia was the best hotel in the whole of belek, but now more grand and nicer hotels are popping up and Limak Arcadia are not changing with the times!

treated like 2nd rate and then lied about
We went on 19/12/2020 for xmas and new year and have done so many times to this hotel, we knew that it may not be the same because of the Covid virus, but did not expect the big changes that we found. We had a lovely room with a sea view for all of 3 days then on the 4th day was told to pack our cases as we had to be moved out of the main hotel because it was what the British government had said, I called the hotel rep (Loveholidays) who was useless and gave us 3 options 1) go to the hotel isolation block 2) go to a medical isolation block somewhere else in Turkey 3) go home, then he put the phone down, as we also had a 3year old with us we chose to change flights but had to wait until 26th Dec. We were moved to the back of the hotel where we had no contact with anyone else had to phone down for food and drinks and always had food different to what we ordered and had to keep calling for water to make drinks we every meal we had was cold and basic never what we wanted we had to have a covid test on xmas day which was negative, the room was so cold that they had to bring us a portable radiator, we was glad to get home in the end. When we got in touch with loveholidays they said that the hotel said we was moved because one of our party had tested positive for covid even though we only had the (negative) test after the move and that we could order any food and drinks that we wanted at any time even if not on the menu (lies) we have always loved going to this hotel but they have changed all the staff and it is nothing like it used to be, would not recommend it to anyone again as we used to. Very let down .
