  Perfect and Cute!

  Excellent Customer Service! The Hotel is right on highway and easily accessible. Rooms are quite spacious and have a amazing vibe! The interiors are soothing! I stayed in Room 103 which also had a huge balcony! I don't think they have a pool. The in-room food served was excellent! Food Rates are nominal and perfect! The noise levels were very quite! Person answering at the reception and the dining were trained well! Even though the roof top was under maintenance, we were allowed to visit as we had already asked for it before booking! Best part is they never said NO to anything we asked for! You don't get a view from the room, but you cannot expect that for the hotel which is right on highway and nearby city! I am completely in awe of this property! I did not expect it to be so good!!

  Just another hotel, not properly managed.

  This hotel is situated on Mumbai-Agra highway. Hotel was previously known as Lily Sarovar portico. Pros: 1. Nice clean rooms. 2. Comfortable bed and mattress. 3. Quiet rooms so you won't get disturbed by vehicle noise or honking. 4. Complimentary wifi is open, easy to connect and has good speed. 5. Iron and ironing board are available on request. 6. Toilitories like shaving kit available on request. 7. Complimentary breakfast has limited options which include 1 south indian, 1north indian, bread, fruits and eggs to order along with fruit juice. Cons: 1. Situated outside the town, so you don't have any options for dining, shopping etc around the hotel. 2. No shoe shiner. 3. No gym, spa, pool. 4. Poor hygiene in restaurant. I found a piece of egg shell around 1 cm x 1 cm square size in my scrambled egg. This is gross negligence. 5. Only 2 apples in the entire hotel. I was told there are only 2 apples (kept in buffet). Both those apples were not good and the entire hotel didn't have any more apples. 6. Small rooms 7. Inconsistent food quality. I ordered Dal khichdi thrice during my stay, however, on the third time it was more of dal and less of khichdi. But as it was late in night and I waa tired, i didn't complain. Tips: You get good views of the surrounding area from the terrace at the 4th floor. Ideal for some morning yoga or stretching or to take a few selfies. The hotel is situated far from the railway station and the Autorickshaw drivers will ask for 200-250/- for a drop to the hotel. Bargain for somewhere around 150-200/-. Ask for Hotel Sai Palace, Rane nagar as Hotel Ren is not well known. The hotel is just beside Hotel Sai Palace. Verdict: This hotel is a good one if you are just looking to spend a peaceful night. Nothing special about this hotel or its hospitality or food. You can't go around for some shopping either as there are no malls, shops, restaurants located at walkable distance. At 2500/+ plus taxes (for corporate booking, single occupancy) I am sure you will find more/better options. The hotel has scope for improvement.

  Decent place

  We spent 3 nights at Ren hotel. The property is small but has good rooms with attached sit out areas. The restaurant serves good food. Breakfast spread is ok, nothing great. Putty they did not have any maharashtrian local food for breakfast. They should promote that for sure. People were nice, never heard a know or seen any disturbance amongst the staff. The terrace which they advertise as a open air restaurant is in a doldrums and accumulate dust. Make use of it. Thanks

  Nice decent hotel with good rooftop

  Had a good overnight stay with courteous and humble staff. Sky grill dinner was great. Rooms are spacious for a person's stay .clean rooms with basic amenities.dinner was well prepared and had a good selection of non veg platter.

  amazing hospitality

  we stayed at the hotel for only one night. We ordered room service and the food was great. Room was great and bathroom was decent. Location of hotel is prime. The click hotels are known for their great hospitality towards customers and check in and check out was smooth
