BrilliantKaren and Frank are wonderful hosts....nothing is too much trouble for them...and very friendly too. All I can say is everything is great - especially the breakfasts!!!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Note that this B&B is on a working farm so expect tractors, dogs, sheep etc but also that adds to its charm. We loved our stay here and if ever in the area again would have no hesitation in booking in.

Exceptional b and bLovely big comfortable room. Welcomed with home made scones. Wonderful views. Breakfast as good as any of the posh hotels we have stayed in with a huge choice. Very welcoming. Also home made biscuits in the room.

OutstandingThis was one of the best places we have stayed in. The room was warm, cosy, homely & spotlessly clean. The home made scones with Jam in our room was a lovely touch as were the homemade biscuits. The view of the countryside from our room was amazing. The room had so many extras like a mini fridge, heater & even hot water bottles should you need them. There were also lots of lovely touches like fresh flowers, bottled water & too many extras to mention. We were given a very warm & friendly welcome. The breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this place & will definitely stay here again.

Warm welcomeLovely people run this gorgeous old farmhouse. Jane is an excellent chef, with home made scones and cookies in the bedroom its tea and coffee to welcome you. The breakfast was out of this world, all local produce and cooked to perfection. If I could suggest that the hot water supply be fixed, (shower works perfectly but no hot water at any time from the tap), and a softer mattress be employed on the bed...then this place would be our favourite place to visit.

Lovely half way stopWe had a lovely double room over looking the garden and fields where the sheep graze, our home scones were n our room as we arrived later than we expected. The breakfast was good really nicely. Karen was really friendly and talked to as best she could with her mask on. I we needed a half way stop again on our way to Scotland we would definable stay again. .
