Hotel ok but not friendly owner

PRO: Clean and big bedrooms. The hotel is well maintained and there is a nice swimming pool for adults and children. CONS: Furniture simple and obsolete. No electrical plugs! We had to buy a multiple plug to connect behind the tv. Wifi with limited time. The owner was not really friendly since the first hello (he looked bored in serving customers) and he didn't give me access to the private parking despite he promised to have free places in his email. The reason was that combi cars are too big for his underground parking places. It was not easy to find a place on the road also because he used to occupy 3 public places with 2 of his cars all day long to reserve the space for a tourists bus that used to come back in the evening for dinner. Therefore it happened that our son did not have the breakfast in the hotel with us but we had to pay for it anyway so we asked to take away some cookies and when we left the restaurant the owner wanted to check personally what we took away from the breakfast buffet! We felt like thieves... The hotel was nice but the crew gave us a very bad impression so we don't think to come back again.

Nice hotel with a nice swimming pool, but very rude lady owner...

I have stayed with a group the room we were given was spacious and nice with the balcony. The swimming pool was hard to find, however is really tidy and nice. The only and actually the main downside of the hotel was a very rude lady owner. She was present at every breakfast (which was really poor in regards to selection as no vegetables or fruits at all) and was telling people where to sit. Which is fine, but she was rude and bossy, as well as she got upset with us as we did not speak or understand Italian. Why would I speak Italian? And why doesn't she speak English as a hotel owner present everywhere receiving international guests? Will not come back only because of her and it is a shame, as the hotel is actually quite nice for a price.

    Italian Riviera

For a week we stayed at Hotel Liliana in Andora. Best decision we could do. The hotel is super clean and family run. Up to full board and a la carte menus are available at a good quality and a good price. Breakfast is more than enough. A/C, swimming pool, 24 hours bar service are just some of the amenities. Rooms have a stocked fridge. We stayed in a family room with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace. Upon request underground parking is available for a surcharge. The family running this hotel is very nice and helpful. In this Hotel one can literally feel the history. A place to come back, guaranteed.

    Cute and good

Having not really planned any holidays; the trip to Andora was very shortly decided and setup during a "Saturday Corona meeting :-)". Getting a local resident to get our reservation done, on arrival we didn't even need to provide any credit card or other securities - surprising. The welcome was friendly and our room was small, but practical and clean. Since we anyway plan to spend the most of the time at the beach, size didn't really matter. However, we had the top floor dual room (suite), both rooms with AC and a very large terrace which had a dryer stand and everything what's is needed. So far so good, one negative came up very quickly which was the parking situation around the hotel. Do not go there except you have a contractual insurance for a car park. Situation is pretty bad. Another thing you need to keep in mind, it's 10 min walking in the very hot Italian sun to the closest public beach. Did I mention the really nice pool available in the cute garden of the hotel? We spend some fun hours there too :) - Anyway, for a 230 Euro per Day in summer season is price which is acceptable. Verdict Pro: +Room +Staff +Price +Breakfast Average: =Location Negative: -Parking
