  Un Hotel vintage

  Fuimos con mi marido en agosto de 2015 hospedados. La habitación del 2do piso con vista al mar Excepcional. Es un hotel antiguo pero bien acondicionado. El servicio en gral excelente. Buenos desayunos

  Buena ubicación

  Este hotel frente a la playa tiene una buena ubicación, la habitación es amplia, pero el baño tiene un box para bañarse que es muy pequeño. El desayuno es muy completo y el personal muy amable, nos asesoraron muy bien a todas las excursiones que hicimos.

  Excellent and very reasonably priced!

  This small family run hotel is right on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, most of them with a stunning sea-view. The served breakfast (no buffet) is delicious and has a lot of options. Perfect if you want to visit 5 Terre villages without giving up some time on the beach.

  Old fashioned, family run beach hotel which could be more lively

  We stayed at hotel Lido in July for two nights. We were happy to be back after staying here twice previously (quite some time ago) and although the location is still fantastic, the rooms modernized and adequately comfortable (with a nice balcony and seaview), and the staff still friendly and serviceoriented enough, we felt there was something missing in terms of livelyness. The restaurant was almost empty on both nights, and while we used to be impressed by the quality of the food and the wines, this time there was an atmosphere of dreariness and a lack of energy to bring positive change. And the food was adequate at best and in terms of quality rather less impressive than during our earlier visits. The bararea was not very different from what we remembered and still is slightly uninviting. We enjoyed our day at the beach but while walking around wondered what was on the authorities mind when they build the incredibly ugly boulevard along the beach. And the concrete buildings must make Deiva Marina one of the ugliest places along the coast. Still, hotel Lido is perfectly located at the beach and very convenient for a trip along the Cinque Terre, but this time we came away slightly disappointed and would probably choose another location were we to come back in the area.

  Wonderful Stay

  We recently stayed at Hotel Lido during a trip to explore the Cinque Terre area of Italy. We enjoyed our stsy so much that we only explored the other areas 1 day of our 5 day trip. The beach area was great, the room very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was very nice. We are considering a two to three week vacation here next year.
