Very good beach hotel athough could be betterThe hotel is really nice although the front view is definitely not welcoming but if You enter the reception already You will be already satisfied. I write this opinion with hope that management of the hotel will read it and improve some details. Lobby is very nice, rooms are great (we had an apartament but I belive that other rroms are also good), breajkfasts are top quality. Swimming pool area should have more attractions for children but they have the best playground for children I have ever seen at the hotel. Restaurnt a'la carte service should be more proffesional and lobby bar service is "under the critics" - so bad. The main problem is parking solution and parking area PERSONNEL. Grate advantage of the place is a beach which is only ab. 100m away. Big disadvantage is price which in high season is higher then e.g. Las Palmas Crisitna or Reina Isabel- great beach hotels with good weather guaranteed.

A ood stay thereSpa quality is very nice, the pool is just standard but there are too few beds there. the restaurants offer a fair quality service and menu although I have a strong impression that the hotel is strongly focussed on german tourists

Welcoming placeOverall we are happy with the hotel and our stay there. Possibly can return there (however migh also try another place as there is abundance of similar resorts on Polish coast) Strengths - very pleasant staff, big welcoming smile at the reception, all questions answered, minor problems solved instantly (calling handyman to move twin beds so to form a double bed) - nice waitresses, cleaning tables often - truly excellent food: variety, abundance of choice, great tastiness, freshness. - attractive 2 indoor pools, nice jacuzzis (one of them outside with 36 C water, can be used all year round) - cozy lobby, making you feel good there. Nice bar, choice of desserts (cakes), good coffee and helpful staff add to positive experience. - silky sheets and linen - massage variety OKish - rooms interior: clean, but design is of older kind (perhaps 10-20 years). Nothing is broken nor seriously worn out, however rooms are not latest design nor trends so those who are very picky might get little disappointed. - room walls could absorb noise better - children crying or loud talk can be easily overheard or even understood Can be made better - saunas: dry sauna did not work during our stay, cannot really say (however dissapointment that was not fixed); wet sauna is very tiny (triangle shape, only about 2m2 area, can fit max 4 people). Clearly it has been added later, filling up one of corners in pool area. Spaces in seating allow hot steam to go up and almost cause burns. Better be careful. - Child Animator (older blonde lady, around 45-50) attitude is absolutely horrible. Should not be an animator at all. Aggressive towards kids, disrespectful, not helping, not good personality and bad approach. Clearly she was not born for this. It's a pity her toxic approach spoils kids' experience. - no elevator in 3floor section of the hotel (there is elevator in 5 story section)

Only missing the feeling of something uniqueWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It got most of what you'd expect. Room was good, nothing special, but no complaints either. Staff was friendly, though not the best in sorting out some issues regarding that we didn't get what we booked. But don't think they had the authority. Pool area was nice, but not big. Liked the outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was with good selection, but mostly of standard products. All in all the only thing I felt was missing was the special touch, something unique that makes this hotel stand out from the rest along the Baltic coast.
