  Amazing stay

  The location is perfect, on th beach, the bus station outside for Chania, supermarket just outside, max 15 min to Agia Marina by foot. The hotel looks soo much better than in the photos. It is updated and very clean and spacious. The photos need updating. The wifi is one of the best i have seen in a hotel. You can even use it on the beach. The beach is sandy and there is a slow entrence in the water ( ideal for kids or elder people). There are lots of restaurants and a few souvenir shops around. The owners are very nice and ready to help with anything. All in all a place i reccommand with all my heart for any type of traveler.

  Great location and lovely people

  Just returned from a week here with a group of girl friends. What a fabulous time. The apartments were situated right on the beach and were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. A few nice tavernas and a couple of supermarkets close by but also on good bus route ( for less than 2 euros) into other resorts ( Aghia Marina, Platanias and Chania) where there was much more choice. Only down side was the sea was quite rough and so the red flag was flying, at some point, on most days, so guess we were just a bit unlucky there, but the hotel pool was available for us to use if needed. Would definitely recommend

  Awful manager, cosy otherwise

  We got to the hotell at around 1pm after travelling for nearly 11 hours, and we just wanted to take a shower. We had to look for the manager a good five minutes but he was helping in the bar area so that was not really a problem. He booked us in, had a list of our names before we came so the travel agency delivered. How the hotel managed to deliver one of our rooms without any towels or kitchen equipment was therefore really beyond me. The manager did NOT like getting complaints and mumbled something about cleaning ladies (which i know for a fact come every third day), and in his very hard to understand english, kept saying its not his job. Generally a disaster as far as service goes. He looked offended and was dismissive about everything. We got the towels as late as 24 hrs after booking in so we had to share the towels untill that. He avoided us after this incident. Otherwise clean, nice enough rooms, though a bit small. Beach wasnt very crowded which was nice but I could wish for some sort of shower/ clean water source before getting off the sand so we wouldnt bring in so much sand every time. Wifi was a blazing 1.5mbps at the reception and died off after 5-10 meters. (In other words pretty awful)

  Great little gem

  Firstly I must specify that we were on the beachfront location and not at the site of the hotel which is about a 3 minute walk away. Everything was very positive- rooms large and clean, cooking facilities were basic but it was possible to prepare a meal, Greek TV, WiFi access good and two terraces. The only negative was that we booked believing there was a pool - there is use of the pool at the hotel which is a short walk away. However as we were about 20 steps from the beach this was irrelevant. AC is 7 per day, the safe is 15 per week... all fairly standard for Greece. Sun beds and umbrellas are 5 per day - significantly cheaper than other parts of the island we visited. Taxi to/from airport can be arranged by the hotel reception and took about 30mins and was 40. They also organised car hire for us -160 for 3days for VW Polo.

  Okay

  We stayed here for 5 nights. We got a basement studio taht we complained first about..but then we decided to stay because it was cooler than the rest of the rooms. There is no net aginst the mosquitos, so prepare...the room was still hot even though it did not get reached by the sun. The bathroom is new and big. Good to have! The location of the hotel is good, right at the beach. Unfortunately for the sunbeds you either pay or you consume there. The beach is long and sandy, good to run in the morning or evening :)
